Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Folly Field Beach

We stayed at Samantha's place for a couple of days to attend our son's Marine Corps Family Day and Graduation. We were warmly welcomed by the clean and charming home. We truly enjoyed our stay and are very grateful to have found this place. Highly recommended!

An absolutely beautiful home filled with charm and comfort! We had everything we possibly needed, and the neighborhood was cute and very safe. Lisette was extremely accommodating and communicative, even allowing us to do an early check in! We loved staying here and will definitely book again next time we are in Beaufort!

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. We are very thankful to have came across this beautiful cottage for our vacation. It was everything we imagined and more. When we arrived there was music playing, wine, a sweet note, and a cake was left to greet us upon our arrival for our anniversary. It was full of all the amenities all the way down to Apple Watch chargers on each side of the bed (something I forgot to pack). Anything you may forget, Kimberly most likely has it in the cottage for you already. The beach chairs were great to take to the beach! (as we also had forgot ours) Everything was thoughtfully decorated and stocked. I loved the front porch area for my morning reading and coffee. It’s nestled on a quiet street just a short drive to Savannah and Tybee Island. Communication was amazing. We didn’t have any questions during our stay, but from the prior communication and check in, I was sure Kimberly was just a text away. We felt at home and safe at Penrose Cottage. We hope one day to be able to come back!

Beautiful home! Nice neighborhood. A really good in between spot for the beach and downtown Savannah. House is fully stocked with all of the supplies you could need. 10/10.

We loved our stay at Marina's beach hut. We walked to the beach morning and evening and views on the beach were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. Had plenty of space for our family to either be together or spread out in the house space. House was well stocked with beach and home supplies. Loved having space for our car in the garage. Master bath shower was luxurious! Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Loved the keyless entry system!

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

Tetia’s place in Port Royal is perfect and Tetia is a terrific host. Wonderfully designed home with a relaxing ambiance and comfortable beds. Great place for walking and nearby coffee shop and restaurants. Looking forward to when we can return.

Such an amazing stay! Kristie is incredibly helpful and has a beautiful property. We loved the private balcony, it was perfect for pictures. It’s a great location from local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable stay during our week in Hilton head. The location provided lots of opportunity to enjoy the beach the pool and plenty of walking. All of the restaurants were very good in terms of food and atmosphere.

This is an ABSOLUTE stay again! The suite was huge, very clean spotless. Cozy and felt like a resort style. The fire place was such an amazing touch and the accommodations were so cozy. I was beyond happy and pleased with my suite. The hot tub was very clean and warm and the shower was like a room itself! The design of the home is flawless.

So happy I chose to stay here. I was in town for work so I didn’t have much time to go around and enjoy bluffton but it is very close to everything and very close to HHI. This stay was well worth it, super clean and cozy! Will definitely check if available for my next trip!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We’ve been to Charleston and other places in the general low-country region, but never to HHI. The Spa was the perfect spot with serene scenery that included a private natural beach which we had never experienced. It was the most peaceful, quiet, and least crowded we have ever experienced at the beach. The location was close to everything and the condo was perfect. The price was reasonable compared to other locations and met our needs exceptionally well. It is clean and the host clearly takes pride in their property which is seen with how it is managed. Furthermore, the host is quick to respond when needed. Would stay again if and/or when back in the area.

This was my first time visiting Hilton Head , and my friend and I enjoyed this location so much ! It was very relaxing, and the amenities were an added bonus . We enjoyed the beach , local restaurants, and the bike trails during our stay . I plan to be back again in the future !

Place was great for a weekend get away. Only problem we had was the tv in the bedroom stopped working and Carolyn responded super fast to my message. Had a great time here!

Perfect place to stay for my nieces wedding. Easily accessible to the wedding venue and other area attractions. Scott was a great host from booking through checkout.

This place is very well maintained, I feel very safe to stay there. Inside is very clean and homely. I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is: when we check out, the front desk girl has very unfriendly attitude and act like that she does not want to see me. After few minutes of putting up with this,I told her: “ can you be more pleasant?”. Then she said : “ I cannot hear you”. I do not understand why this is happening, maybe because I am Asian? All the guests in lobby having breakfast are white. My English is fluent and people have no trouble to understand me,FYI. The front desk girl who has bad attitude towards me is Mexican, maybe she does not like to see Asian? I really don’t understand, but I did not do anything wrong to deserve this kind of treatment. There is a man working on the raffle desk told me : “Welcome staying with us”. I said : “Thank you so much, you are very pleasant!”Then I told him what happened to me. Hopefully this will not happen to other people in future again!!!

This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!

Me and my bestfriends stayed here for a girls trip and it was perfect! Great access to the beach and the restaurants at the condominium resort.

Great location near the beach and beautiful sunrises. Drove to several places on the island. We used the shared grill with some foil for dinner one night. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were nice but needed a couple of us to lug down the stairs. Make sure you’re able to carry your luggage up and down stairs. Washer and dryer were great for our needs. Perfect for our family.
