We really enjoyed our stay! Great if you’re a small family on the island for a short amount of time. Easy walk to the beach, shops and fun restaurants. Elevator helpful for hauling groceries, luggage and beach gear.

Clean, comfortable, and great location. Felt very safe in the gated community. The condo is easily walkable to the beach and beachfront pool. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This is a great place to stay! The condo was clean and so cute. It was located right beside one of the pools which was so nice and we ended up spending most of our time there. The beach was a 5 minute walk away and there were all the supplies you could possibly need to go to the beach. The condo was also a 5 minute drive away from a Kroger and many little restaraunts with was very convienent.The perfect place to relax for a weekend at Hilton Head!

We really enjoyed the Condo and all it had to offer. We really enjoyed walking around as well as dining around the marina. We rented Avocado power assisted bicycles and rode over 100miles all around the island. We found the condo to be perfectly located for that activity. The master bedroom was really nice with the most comfortable bed that I have been in other than our own. The hot tub was very nice but we did not use it as a hot tub but used it as an ice bath. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. The owners were attentive to our needs.

Amazing! This was the best place at the tennis resorts that we have stayed so far!! We have stayed at multiple condos and some seem a lot older and this place was by far the best- our favorite! It is newly renovated and so updated, clean, smells great, and feels fresh. Air conditioning works great, showers had plenty of hot water. Literally like a two minute walk to the beach. Super cute porch to drink a cup of joe each morning. Seriously an amazing place and Tracy was a fantastic host! Everything was ready for us, communication clear, and super simple. Thank you so much and when we come back we will be booking here!!

The community is super cute and quiet. The space was perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The beach was a five minute walk from us, and we loved every minute of the ocean. Local grocery stores and restaurants are very close too which made everything easier.

Our family had a fantastic stay. The location was great with the beach and pool easily walkable. The apartment was very clean and spacious. There are lots of things to do with kids in the area or a short drive away. Suzanne was incredibly helpful and responsive.

We had such a nice time at Tracey’s condo! She was very communicative and provided easy instructions on checking in. The condo itself was perfect for our needs and we loved the proximity to the beach. Tracey has the condo well stocked with everything you could need- beach buggy, chairs, and a neat list of local places to enjoy. I would love to stay here again with my family.

Place was amazing , look exactly as pictured, amenities were amazing. Host was amazing proactive and checked in frequently to ensure everything was going to plan. Loved everything about this place would absolutely come again ! Place was also fully loaded with beach supplies which was a plus ! 10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay in this space. I wouldn’t recommend booking 6 people to stay here because it’s a pretty small space but it’s functional and the beach and bike rentals are nice

Kaitlyn was amazing!! We will definitely be booking this place again. We had a few personal hiccups getting there and Kaitlyn was super flexible and helpful!! She provided everything we needed and then some! I have recommended this place to friends already. It was so nice to be close to the beach and Kaitlyn had absolutely thought of everything. We loved it!

We had a fantastic one night stay at Kim’s place for 3 adults and one toddler. The view from the balcony was even better than I realized - you can see the ocean and beach! Especially appreciated the availability of beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, quiet, clean, and well equipped. Plenty of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an issue w our first reservations and needed something immediately. Travis and Emily responded within minutes of us booking online. They had instructions sent right away and responded to the parking pass guy bc we showed up early to the house. The house was perfect for my family of two kids (9yo and 6yo). They loved the bunk beds and my husband and I loved our room being on the main floor. There was beach chairs/umbrellas and toys to bring to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with basic needs. The place is so close to the pool too which we used everyday along with the beach! The dune buggy's came quickly. Our kids loved the games on the walls too! We would highly recommend and hope to be able to come back to this place every year!

Hosts were very nice and friendly. The condo was cute and tidy. Felt like a home but fresh and unoccupied. The beach access is right there, with an outdoor shower and hose. The beach itself is very beautiful especially at sunset. Dolphins were everywhere.

The legacy loft was perfect for our long weekend. We enjoyed the pool, walking around the community, and checking out the restaurants and shops below. Austin was a great host, he was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely come back and stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The price was fair and the space was comfortable. The host is very responsive and responded within minutes when we sent him a message.

Loved every single moment of our annual spring break HH trip! The resort had so much to offer! From checking in and out everything was so simple. The place is clean and peaceful. Playing tennis( bring your own equipment) and keeping active is so easy within the resort! So close to the beach which I may say is nothing, but peaceful and just what we needed for a break and relaxing reset! The villa is in the best location, there are so many restaurants around the area and not too far for a day trip to Savannah, GA. We plan on staying again next year!

We stayed three weeks at Denis’ place in April 2025. Holly is the local agent and was our primary contact. Both Holly and Denis were very quick to respond to all our needs and questions which we really appreciated. The unit is in Building 1 with the main outdoor pool and easy access to the boardwalk and beach. The unit is well appointed. We used the beach chairs, cart and umbrella. I even used the blender to make smoothies….a plus. We would gladly book here again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Margaret’s. condo. Great communication and instructions. Beautiful decorated. Spacious rooms. All the comforts of home. We booked a two bedroom but unfortunately two of the four adults were unable to make the trip. A great time was still had. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

The condo was a nice place to rest your head at the end of golf every day. The layout was a bit tight. One bathroom might have been a better way to go, but overall we definitely got what we paid for.

The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing experience with this rental! Stephen was fantastic to work with, and his local helper James was equally wonderful. James greeted us at the door, walked us through everything, and was always available for any questions or local recommendations. They made a great team and were a pleasure to deal with. The place itself was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—including extras like beach chairs, toys for the kids, and even a wagon. The community amenities were also a big bonus, with lovely pools and tennis courts that we really enjoyed. Overall, we had a terrific vacation and would definitely come back!

Heather was terrific, communicative and accurate. The place itself was as described in a wonderful location near everything on the island. The weather was great so we were able to take advantage of the short walk to the beach over the scenic and beautiful boardwalk path. Would stay again and highly recommend!
