Renovated 1st floor, 1 BR getaway located across the street from the beach! Private deck overlooks community pool just steps from back door. Great location - plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores nearby. New appliances, smart TVs in living area and bedroom (cable in living room). Bedroom has a queen-size bed and brand new leather recliner sofa in the living room. Rental includes 2 beach chairs, cart and umbrella. Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed.

Welcome to Beautiful Beach Arbor Villa that is just a 7 minute walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza shopping and dining. Also a short drive to the back gate of Sea Pines. This is a second story townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a pull out queen size sofa in the family room. The grocery store is one block away. There is a free trolley that runs during the day. Seasonally there is a full size pool for your use or you can just enjoy one of your two balconies.

A tranquil pool area is surrounded by green lounge chairs and a circular table. Lush trees and palm trees frame the scene, while the calm water reflects the sky. A shaded umbrella offers comfort for outdoor relaxation, enhancing the peaceful ambiance.
