Air vent in bedroom, updated fully equipped kitchen, new paint, new ceiling fans, newer bedding with new mattress and newer couch, beach chairs, so many upgrades and it comes with 2 bikes! Close to Coligny shopping and restaurants and minutes to the beach! You just can't go wrong with this condo. Super clean and maintained! 2 TV's, DVD, Radio and awesome views! New patio furniture! The pool is not heated.
