We love this condo. It’s been recently upgraded and renovated. Amazing view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private beach access, two great pools and covered parking. Ask about our golf cart rental. Cant be much closer to beach! Less than 5 min casual walk to ocean. This is a third floor condo with no elevator. The view is absolutely amazing but you have to walk up 3 floors of stairs to access. This is a top floor condo so no one is above you. Ask about our golf cart rental!

Cottage accommodates two 25+ year adults only, no visitors or pets (owner has severe allergy to dogs). No golf carts, parking for 1 vehicle unless prior arrangements made. ID required after booking. 14 stairs lead up to cottage, no elevator.

The Barracks - #2

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit at The Barracks on Tybee overlooks Jaycee park and features soaring ceilings, seasonally heated pool, professional kitchen with marble counters, and front porch rockers for ultimate beach vibes and relaxation. There is also an on-site Golf Cart that is separately rentable per day (rentable days are 10 am to 10 am). The link to rent the golf cart will be sent when a reservation is made for the house.
