BBQ with an ocean view then feast on the high top table with built in fire pit. Your house comes fully equipped to include a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and towels! Hit the beach and you're a 25 min walk to the pier, or a 2 min walk to view the light house from the sand. Pictures don't do justice!

Several restaurants and shops are close by. The condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

The condo has wifi and Smart TV's in the living room and bedroom. Full kitchen with all you will need for a beach getaway. The coffee pot is dual with carafe and k-cup. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the ships and dolphins from your private balcony!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private, whimsical, side patio with charcoal grill, great front porch, and super quiet area. Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
