It was wonderful. The home was bigger than the pictures showed. Super clean. Super friendly host. We were very happy with everything.

We had a great stay for a girl's weekend trip. The tree house was amazing and the location was walkable to trails and the famous cemetery. The host was very responsive and checked in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. The place itself was absolutely beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It felt so cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect home away from home. We especially appreciated being able to bring our dog, who absolutely loved playing in the backyard—it’s such a pet-friendly touch! The location was ideal, with grocery stores and great restaurants just a short drive away. It’s a fantastic spot for anyone visiting friends or family in the area or exploring Bluffton. Thank you for a lovely stay! We’d happily return and recommend this place to others.

Great Holiday stay! Easy to book, very clean, friendly and flexible hosts. Loved the marsh view. Easy drive into Savannah. Extra thanks for the minimal fragrances, had no issues with my allergies.

Love this condo. We travel to Palmetto Dunes annually and this was in the perfect location. The space has all you need for a pleasant stay. There are plenty of beach chairs/toys/umbrellas for your use at the beach. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is stocked well. We enjoyed rented bikes to travel around the community and to go to the general store nightly for ice cream or for breakfast and lunch. We will definitely be back next year.

My three friends and I stayed here for a golf weekend, during the RBC tournament. We found that the home perfectly met our expectations. It was spotless clean upon arrival, and filled with all of the basic necessities you would hope for in an Airbnb. Perhaps my one complaint is that there was only 1 paper towel provided. Everything else was fully stocked, which was appreciated. The den area with the ping pong and darts was a popular hang-out spot for us. The location is in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood and only 15 minutes away from Hilton Head. We had an issue with check-in... the batteries to the front door were faulty, but the owners were quick to respond and very apologetic. Their communication the rest of the trip (and leading up to it) was excellent. All in all, I recommend this Airbnb for families/friends alike. It was exactly what we were looking for!

Great place to spend family vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful Spring Break trip, and staying at this condo made it even more special! The location could not have been more perfect for our family. Being so close to the beach was amazing – just a short walk away! Plus, all the food, shops, and local attractions were within a 5-minute stroll. It was so convenient not to have to use the car for anything. The condo was beautifully kept and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The communication with the host was top-notch – they were quick to respond to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable getaway!

We have stayed at The Breakers many times! This was the first time in #311. It was perfect for my husband and me! GREAT view of the ocean, recently updated, easy walk to great restaurants, shopping, the beach, and Piggley Wiggley! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place has everything we can ask for: it has plenty of space for party of 3 plus a pup; it’s very well kept; kitchen supplies abound; the coffee station is a dream; it has everything you need to make the trip to the beach comfortable - beach umbrella, chairs, wagon, surf/boogie boards, and best of all..bikes. The unit is close enough to the beach and the path is pretty much shaded all the way through. The host, Robin was very easy to reach. She responded to all our questions speedily no mater what time of the day ( and night).

Great ocean view, clean comfortable bed. Elevator! Nice pool area. Keurig coffee maker. Grocery store right across street. 1 MINOR complaint- no ice machine onsite. Perfect stay for us, thank you!

Comfy and peaceful stay. Would book with Evolve again!

I stayed here for four nights with my husband and 2 young kids. This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed. It offered a full kitchen, dining and living area, 2 bedrooms (3 beds), 2 full baths and a washer and dryer. It is on the second floor, so just be aware that your items have to be carried up a flight of stairs (wasn’t an issue for us personally). It had a balcony and the beach chairs and wagon were a nice little touch. There were so many amenities, including a heated pool (visited in late March, so weather was still a little on the cooler side) right across the parking lot. It was driving distance to so many places to eat and things to do. Walking distance to the beach (10 minute walk or so - we did it with a 6 and 3 year old and it was totally fine). Check in and check out process was very easy and smooth.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Awesome location with easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach! I would definitely stay there again.
