This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

Unit has a queen in one bedroom and two twins in the other, the sofa also pulls out to a queen as well, Roku TV, youtubetv logged in! 2 car max per unit per association.

This unit is so new to the market we haven’t even taken the remodel pics but are accepting reservations for the unit, as updated pictures will come next week. We have installed LVT throughout the condo, no more carpet. All bathrooms have been gutted and have new vanities, tile and fixtures. You will not be disappointed.
