Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Folly Field Beach

Unit was clean and less than 10 minute walk to the Westin and all of its amenities. We were able to get a tee time and only paid cart fees with associated courses. Stacy Ann was proactive in getting us all of the information we needed. Beds were comfortable and although the furnishings are little outdated, everything was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

The house was just as promised, roomy, clean, close to the beach and a very relaxed vibe. We very much enjoyed it. Victor is an excellent host. Book with confidence.

This was our best experience ever with a vacation rental. Our son arrived first with his family for an evening visit. He texted to say, "The house is so clean", as he knows that is a primary factor for me. And it was! This was our first stay in a house where I did not feel I had to wipe down everything first with bleach wipes. I must say it was absolutely lovely in every way, and it accommodated our large family very well. The 2 living spaces were perfect for our grandchildren. Some could play games in one area while others watched TV. There was ample storage (closets, pantry, drawers). Everything we needed immediately was there. The master bed was very comfortable. Everything was available for the perfect beach stay. The pool was wonderful; there were floats, there was ample umbrella-covered seating, a fishing beach wagon, wonderful outdoor shower. All in all, this was our best experience with a rental ever! Many thanks to the hosts!

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

We had a great stay at the bungalow celebrating my son’s graduation. The access last to the beach was convenient, you could walk, ride a bike or drive and pay to park $15 for all day. We had a great time when we were recouping back at bungalow either chilling on the back patio or in the hot tub. Our family loves games and we were all able to sit the big kitchen table. The bungalow was nice and open between the living room, kitchen area but there was plenty of room for people to escape in other areas of the home. I also felt the decor was very inviting and beach vibes. We also brought my little Ella dog and she loved the fenced in back yard to room and explore. All in all we are family of 7 and we found it very comfortable. I would highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

This place is a perfect location for a large guest party and offers a quiet atmosphere. This was my second time staying here; you will love it.

While I’m not a fan of rolling bathroom doors that do not lock, that prevent 100% privacy,…this last minute rental was convenient, and it was nice to be one house away from easy access to the beach. Place was clean and did NOT reek of Fabuloso, which seems to be how many Airbnbs cover up actual cleanliness…47 Steps is CLEAN. Well stocked kitchen, very important! Not a whole lot of privacy once outside on deck but it still was nice to be able to view a bit of the ocean from up top. I’m sure the Firepit table is cool when in use, but for the deck space, I personally would prefer a lounger or two to catch some sun…all in all it was a neat little two story beach cottage for three nights of RnR after a work trip to Savannah. The beds layout might seem a bit odd downstairs but as a couple who doesn’t actually SLEEP together(SNORING ISSUES), we made it work. It was nice being close by during the night anyway. I’ll give 47 Steps 5 Stars regardless because well… it’s the Beach!

We had a wonderful stay here for a bachelorette party. The house was well furnished with super comfortable bedding, a fun game room, and a very nice hot tub. This was a great home base for excursions to Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island, would recommend! Carlos & Marci were communicative and kind hosts.

Dave’s Villa was absolutely perfect and complex grounds, pool and beach access just footsteps away. Villa was spacious and clean! Bed was so comfy and very nice patio furniture on balcony! Rented bikes for the week, bike path right there. Played lots of pickleball at Palmetto Dunes pickleball courts a short drive or bike ride also walkable! We can’t wait to go back will rent this Villa again!

This unit was perfect for my family. It is located in a great community. The neighbors are friendly. Private beach that is accessible only with a code. I had no issues with the property throughout my stay. I would definitely book again! Great for a family getaway

We are so thankful for the family Time we had at Sea La Vie! The place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 younger kids in the bunk room- great place to retreat too after a long day at the beach and pool and exploring the island! We stayed several days and were sad to leave. The hosts were super responsive and helpful and we were so excited to walk into bagels and cinnamon rolls, a stocked fridge, mimosas & wine!! Special fruits and snacks for kiddos on the counter and a beautiful clean space! What else could you ask for! I would book any of their properties again :) thanks boys!

Had a great time at this rental! It met all of our needs and exceeding expectations! very close to beach access and pools. In perfect spot facing the garden area.

Seth and Mindy are great hosts! We were able to have a relaxing “mini-moon” after our wedding. They even had some treats for us to help celebrate when we got there! We would recommend them to anyone! We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our week of R&R on HHI. Everything was super comfortable in the condo & beachy! A few things that I definitely would recommend are new fluffy pillows for the master bedroom and extra towels. Other than that, the kitchen was extremely well stocked, starters for laundry and paper goods were provided, bathrooms were pristine, & the view from the condo was so peaceful. The walk to the beach is a half a mile and takes about 15 minutes. I highly recommend renting bikes as we rode every day back-and-forth to the beach and you can also rent chairs & umbrellas also from Pedals (off of Pope Ave) for a very reasonable price for the week. We didn’t want to leave! It’s a lovely condo in a great location to the other plantations and local restaurants & stores.
