The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. A nice place for our family and friends to stay and enjoy the beach. Tons of space and things included to consider their guests such as toys, beach chairs, wagons, and more! I’d recommend it to any one. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

Beautiful and well furnished. Immaculately kept with very nice extra touches throughout the house. Kids loved the heated pool and all of the wonderful pool toys. The elevator was a big plus as one of our family has limited mobility. I would highly recommend this home!!

This home was absolutely perfect for our 3 generational beach vacation! There was fun and relaxation for everyone! The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood. The spa pool was a favorite for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked for eating in as well a grill on the back patio. Plenty of seating inside and out on the patio. The house was very clean and modern. The bunk beds were ideal for our kid crew. The beach was close ( maybe a 10 minute walk) but the walk to the beach was beautiful. We also appreciated the wagon and beach chairs that were available to use. Abigail was quick to respond and made us feel welcomed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Everything was as it should be was nice not to have to bring beach items, saved alot of space in the car. The covered pool was a plus could swim in the rain with no problems. The beach shuttle is ran by a very friendly women across the street. Was very nice and quiet, but still close to all the amazing things the island offers

Our family of 5 had a great week on HHI. The house was very clean and looked like the pics. The pool and hot tub were fan favorites so much that on the days we opted for sun, we stayed at the house vs going to the beach. The interactions with Host & Home were excellent and very responsive. We would definitely stay at the house again and also with Host & Home.

We absolutely loved the food and champagne. Things like that stand out, because we were tired when we got in from the long drive and knew we could relax in with the breakfast there instead of having to go buy something. Everything was comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at 12 Oleander on Hilton Head! The home is stunning—newly remodeled with beautiful finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. Even though it’s conveniently close to the main road, you’d never know it—it's incredibly peaceful and private. The backyard was a total highlight! We grilled out, soaked in the hot tub, and relaxed while our pups enjoyed the fully fenced yard (yes, it’s truly pet-friendly!). It’s the perfect outdoor space for unwinding after a day at the beach. Nestled in the charming Folly Field beach area, the house is just a short drive to public beach access or a pleasant 15-minute walk if you’re up for a stroll. If you're a smaller family looking for a cozy, stylish, and affordable getaway, look no further. 12 Oleander is a hidden gem—book it now, you won’t regret it. We’re already counting down the days until we can return!

So beautiful and so peaceful! There were three of us for the weekend and we fit comfortably. Very quiet, close to multiple beaches. Maurice was very responsive and super helpful as well. Highly recommend, we will be back!

The house was such a quick walk or even quicker bike ride to the beach entrance. The set up was perfect for our two families with (tween/teen) kids. The area was nice and quiet; the kids could go out on their bikes without being too dangerous. Tons of towels and some beach toys available. The beach chairs were in acceptable shape with a wagon to help us get our stuff back and forth to the beach. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen had more amenities than most other houses that we have stayed in. The outdoor tv was not working and didn't get fixed while we were there although someone did show up to work on it the second day of our stay. The ice machines are not equipped to keep up with constant use so we had a cooler that we filled with ice for drinks and kept rotating ice packs in and out of the freezer to fill coolers for the beach. It was great to have a heated pool on the cooler days and the outdoor furniture was plentiful. Just what we needed.

The Palm Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family's first trip to Hilton Head! The villa was everything we hoped it would be. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, well-stocked with basics, and has a beautiful view looking out the sunroom. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is perfect if you're traveling with young kids. The villa is also near the entrance of Sea Pines, which made it easy for us to come and go as needed. Cory was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful during our trip. There were a few small maintenance issues with the villa and adjacent putting green that occurred during our stay, but Cory went above and beyond to address those (without disturbing our vacation) and make it right for us. Would definitely recommend; we hope to come back!

Staying in the Sea Pines is pretty special, and this home was an amazing place to spend a week. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by the beauty of the island. The house was pristine and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to accommodate a large family and they have included everything you could need with great attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked, beyond any other home we’ve stayed in and it felt above and beyond our expectations. We had access to a community pool about a mile away that is easy to bike to and also surrounded by live oaks in a peaceful neighborhood. The house has bikes, but we brought our own and took full advantage of exploring the area on the vast bike trails that connect to shopping, dining and the beach. If you’re considering a trip to Hilton Head, the Sea Pines is the place to stay, and this house has to be at the top of the list.

My family of 3 and pup had a wonderful stay. Alli’s attention to detail with the cleanliness, decor, and quality linens matched the photos. You’ll feel right at home with this incredibly well stocked home. The coffee shop was a two minute walk and beach even closer. This is truly an Airbnb gem!

We had an amazing stay at this beach bungalow in Hilton Head! The home was beautifully decorated with coastal charm and calming colors that made it feel like a true retreat. The beach gear room was a huge bonus—everything we needed was already there. The patio was one of our favorite spots to relax, especially in the evenings, watching birds and the alligator in the lagoon made it feel like our own little nature show. Our host was absolutely top-notch—super friendly, responsive within minutes, and communicated on a personal level (not just copy-and-paste messages). We had a very minor issue during our stay, and he had it resolved right away. Would absolutely recommend—10/10! Even my husband, who’s usually not a beach fan, said we’re coming back. Can’t wait!

We really enjoyed our time at Stay Frippin Salty! We could not believe how incredibly quiet and peaceful the home and neighborhood were. The house was perfectly clean and organized, and the kitchen was very well stocked. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Marisha was so helpful, generous, and responsive. Our favorite thing to do was to ride around in the golf cart taking in all of the wildlife, scenery, and beautiful homes. In two days, we counted 72 deer, 1 gator, 3 raccoons, and an incredible variety of birds, including our first-ever sighting of a painted bunting. We followed Marisha's suggestion and went down to beach access #1 to walk on the wide, wild beach--so lovely! We spent one morning taking in historical homes and churches in Beaufort, and another exploring Hunting Island State Park. Seaside Bar and Grill was fantastic. Thank you, Marisha!

Great location and great host. Very responsive to a couple questions I had. Very accommodating size for our family. The description was accurate and the golf with this stay was really nice. Would definitely stay again.

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was absolutely perfect for our family (2 littles included). The location is so private and beautiful, we loved sitting outback watching the alligators daily! It’s so close to Coligny, we rented bikes and went all over sea pines too. Loved it!!!!

Highly recommend. Bill thought of everything to make your stay feel special. The layout is amazing for the amount of space. All the dishes, pots and pans were top quality. Truly the nicest appointed place I’ve rented.

The house and the surrounding areas were gorgeous. Extremely nice and quaint. The accommodations were excellent, and the interior design of the place was spot on. The family and I went for walks and really felt immersed in the local culture. We ate at local restaurants, and walked around the nature preserve. I highly recommend staying at this property because it was everything and more Liz is an extremely accommodating host, and I will definitely bring the family back!
