Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fano

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Che dire....ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Host davvero cordiali e simpatici, capaci di farti sentire parte della famiglia. Location rilassante ed immersa nella completa tranquillità nonostante sia a soli 5 minuti dal "caos" del paese. Umbertide poi è in una posizione abbastanza strategica per riuscire a raggiungere facilmente posti bellissimi come Gubbio, Spello, Lago Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia e molto altro. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto, molto buono....il ristorante della location poi è davvero qualcosa di speciale, materia prima di qualità e sapori unici. Abbiamo passato una vacanza davvero bellissima....complimenti davvero a Stefania e Michele, continuate così 😊💪🏼

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Abbiamo trascorso giorni davvero indimenticabili immersi nella pace e nel verde. La casa è perfetta,pulita, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di tutti i comfort. La Jacuzzi sul terrazzo è un vero valore aggiunto: fare un aperitivo sotto il cielo stellato al caldo, specialmente a Capodanno, è stato magico! Il camino in salotto non solo riscaldava l’ambiente, ma contribuiva a creare un’atmosfera unica e accogliente. All’esterno, la bellezza della natura circostante è mozzafiato: un campo pieno di oliveti, verde e vari animali carinissimi. È stato rigenerante svegliarsi con questi paesaggi ogni giorno! Altro punto forte è sicuramente la posizione: strategica per visitare i luoghi più belli dell’Umbria, una regione che già amavamo ma che abbiamo avuto il piacere di scoprire ancora di più durante il nostro soggiorno. Grazie di cuore a Micaela e Stefano, padroni di casa eccezionali, sempre disponibili, pazienti e cortesi;ci siamo sentiti sempre coccolati. Torneremo sicuramente in primavera!!

This was our second time at Vrinda’s house, which means we were happy to come back and have a great time again! We definitely recommend it if you want a cozy place to feel at home and in the middle of the nature of Umbria.

Wir haben 10 Tage über Ostern hier Mitten im Parco San Bartolo verbringen dürfen - ein echtes Privileg! Das Haus und der sehr grosszügige Garten haben uns schlicht entzückt: es war sehr ruhig, die Natur im Frühlingsstatus. Im Park selber haben wir diverse kleine Touren gemacht, aber auch das weitere Umfeld lud ein zu Entdeckungstouren. Zwar haben wir keine Glühwürmchen gesehen, dafür ein Fasan und Mitten in der Nacht das Grunzen eines Wildschweins im Garten. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen.

Alloggio come da foto, tutto in ordine e pulito. Zona tranquilla e verde, spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi con una camminata di 15 min circa. Andrea è stato molto gentile e sempre pronto.

Marco è un host unico, ma soprattutto una persona stupenda! Fin dal momento della prenotazione è stato molto amichevole ed è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Il giorno del check in ci ha accolti personalmente e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno, accogliendoci con dei biscottini. L’appartamento è proprio in centro Anghiari, che più centro di così non si può! Comodissimo da raggiungere dal parcheggio gratuito che porta con l’ascensore fin sopra il borgo. Da lì una manciata di passi a piedi e si è proprio di fronte l’appartamento di Marco. L’alleggio è molto accogliente, spazioso e ha tutto il necessario, anzi molto di più (persino smart tv e PlayStation). Inoltre, menzione d’onore al letto matrimoniale: è super comodo e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Se venite ad Anghiari, scegliete Marco e vi assicuro che non ve ne pentirete. Qualità/Prezzo di questo tipo in centro storico non se ne trovano! Un abbraccio e alla prossima!!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

Wonderful place to stay. It would have been nice to stay a few days longer. The site around the pool is super beautiful as the whole place. The furniture in our apparent was comfortable yet already a little older. Having a few more plates, glasses and cutlery would have been appreciated. The flat was cool, we didn't need the ac (early June). The build in mosquito nets in the windows are super useful. I would like to come again

We absolutely loved the apartment. Very centrally located, near the ferry docking and everything else. Yes, one does have to go up and down 3 short flights of stairs but it’s so worth it! Super, super equipped with everything you need and more. Very well equipped! So sweet of Margherita and Graziella to provide extra provisions and treats! Not many Airbnbs we’ve been to were that generous. We really appreciated everything. Comfy bed, cozy feel and clean. Slight sewage smell in the bathroom but we attributed that to the old building & Jo bathroom fan to vent. I was so happy to be able to use my French to talk with Margherita at check in. Margherita was very friendly and attentive, explaining everything for us. The best gelato we had so far on this trip is @ the Tropical Gelateria to the right of the apartment building as you exit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment. Thank you so much Margherita & Graziella for sharing the place with us.

We hebben een heel fijn en rustig verblijf gehad. Heel vriendelijke host; een zeer ruim en net appartement waar alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt; een heel aangenaam zwembad met heerlijk uitzicht op de heuvels; fijne restaurants in de buurt en dichtbij de zee. Ideale plek om te verblijven.

Ci siamo trovati bene, accogliente, lontano da rumori e locali. Luogo tranquillo per riposare. Appartamento adatto per due persone, dotato di tutti gli accessori anche per cucinare

A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

Superbe emplacement en hauteur de la campagne et des collines d’Ombrie. Vues magnifiques depuis la maison et le jardin. Équipement parfait et les 2 maisons permettent de séparer les adultes des plus jeunes ce qui a participé au déroulement très agréable des vacances familiales.

Non abbiamo visto Claudia di persona però abbiamo incontrato Stefano ( suocero) gentilissimo sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta , casolare fantastico piano terra con patio con griglia e dentro con camino con abbondante legna da ardere, tutto in ordine e pulizia anche utensili e biancheria !!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto

We had a wonderful week's stay at La Capuccina. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable for us and our two teenage children. The photographs really do not do justice to how beautiful the villa and its surrounding gardens are. The villa is well furnished and the kitchen in particular is the best we have ever had in a holiday villa. The gardens are lovely, full of olives, figs, palms, myrtle and oleander. They are kept at their best by Mr Mino who gardens and cleans the pool a couple of times a week. He left us tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and figs from the grounds. The pool is clean and just as lovely as it looks in the photos, with 8 comfortable loungers. The stand out feature for us however was the lovely big dining table set underneath a beautiful loggia outside the kitchen. The loggia is shady and surrounded by climbing flowering shrubs; the view out across the hills and valleys of Le Marche towards the coast is spectacular. A great villa and we hope to return.

Villa Elisa is the best place I have stayed so far. Its construction style is old and special, the care of the Villa is down to the details, whether it is the exterior or interior, everything works is impressive even though some parts of the house are original from that time such as the doors, the windows, the floor tiles,The view is magnificent, magical whether with the radiant sun, under a torrential rain, under the clouds, under the mist or under the stars with the moon as a companion.Absolutely everything in detail and scrupulously organized, all thanks to its hosts Luciano and Christina. Now I will make an important section, if the Villa is majestic, they are also splendid and kind; I had the pleasure and pride of meeting them personally, people like few I have ever met and who are now scarce. Natural, simple and kind, always at hand unconditionally for whatever was needed.I recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a great place and excellent company and 100 percent.

Esperienza favolosa! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa fantastica, le camere sono come in foto, spaziose e arredate con gusto. I bagni splendidi, ognuno con la propria vasca idromassaggio. Cucina fornita di tutto, spazio comune piacevole… e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Giancarlo è stato sempre puntuale e preciso nelle indicazioni. Super consigliato!
