apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

New very nice accommodation, great location on the beach

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

We stayed in this house for 11 days and had a very good time. The apartment, with thorough cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciate the TV that allows several connections ( Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with several capsules available, in addition to the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with linen change available as well for bath linens. The private garage is very useful, and there is free parking in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both to reach the sea in a few minutes and to visit within a few kilometers, the many medieval villages of great interest set on the green hills of Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us and gave them a warm and warm greeting!

we stayed here for a small relaxing vacation with our dog Kora, Francesco and Pamide were immediately very kind and friendly even with our dog!! Always ready to respond to our every need during our stay, also in giving us directions on places to visit and in providing us with directions to great bars and restaurants in the area. The house was clean, with a nice large terrace, and equipped with every comfort!Very close to the sea and all the facilities we needed! We practically never used the car! What to say... they made us feel at home!! Thank you!!!

We rented the apartment for two employees. The apartment is nicely decorated, clean, good location has everything you need for a longer stay. Our employees felt at home. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

He was also very accommodating, we were very happy :) The apartment is in a quieter area and yet the beach and other shops are quickly accessible. Mr. Roberto was helpful,kind and flexible with check-in and check-out times, communication was quick and easy via mobile number via chat. We really appreciated the accommodation corresponding to the description, with attention to detail in a rustic style with a particular decor inside with memorabilia of a past life, simple and functional, located in a quiet area near the historic center of Piagge, very nice even for a walk with the dog. We also appreciated the surprises of the house, a very good dove with a kit for travel nails (for the sister), brioches for breakfast, and various snacks in the fridge. The area is quite well served next to the accommodation you can find a very good pizzeria and just ahead there is a practical tobacco bar with pharmacy next door highly recommended.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

The apartment locates in a beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by olive trees, flowers. A very relaxing environment, with a gym and a swimming pool. 6 minutes drive to the nearest town where you will find lots of nice cafes, restaurants and lake side views. Definitely would love to come back.

We stayed in 4 a week. Well-decorated place with large living area. The second room is a little small and without air conditioning. Kitchen cleanliness to refine. I asked for extra linens that were provided to me without any problems. Tommaso is a helpful and friendly host. Overall, we had a very good time!

Great view of the valley, great swimming pool and Christian and his family are very nice!

Sara's apartment is large and comfortable and having two bathrooms available is fantastic. Sara was very kind and helpful, we had a great time. She also left us a cake she made (very good), a thought that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

We were really happy with our 4 week stay in Sansepolcro with Eleonora and Giulio. We felt incredibly welcomed and enjoyed the space with our 4 month old baby. There were many recommendations provided and our home away from home was a great location for day trips to neighbouring places like Anghiari, Arezzo, Citta di Castello, Badia Teldalda, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Gubbio and Perugia. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and very accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with the baby and his first time away. We stayed from mid-March to mid-April and the weather was cool but the heating worked well and was not much of an agreed upon, additional cost per usage. We were able to go for a few walks, enjoy picnics on the lawn and enjoy the greenery. I would recommend staying here.

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.

Laura and Alessandro are great hosts, very kind, warm and helpful. The apartment is just like the photos and description. Absolutely quiet, with great views. My kids especially loved the pool.

Short but intense stay, a real shame not to have stayed longer than the three days we had available. The place is lovely, beautiful view, cottage in great condition, top swimming pool. We were not well, very well, even more. The apartment matches the host's description, clean and with everything available. Super pool, practically at our exclusive disposal. Mr. Lino and his wife are reserved, discreet but always ready and helpful. We left a piece of our heart. Congratulations, we hope to return.
