Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

We have just returned from Nonno Dario's farmhouse...and we already want to leave again! The house is simply perfect, clean, particularly appreciated the welcome kit, we as usual brought a thousand things from home, but it would not have been necessary because in the kitchen and bathroom there was practically everything! We sought peace, and we found peace. For us, accustomed to the noise and hustle and bustle of the city, the slow pace is the silence of the farmhouse and its surroundings have been a panacea. Opening the windows and enjoying the splendid panorama of the Marche hills is priceless. On hot days, the pool and garden allowed us to refresh after the excursions. A heartfelt thank you to Silvia, for her kindness and the various tips she gave us during our stay. We'll definitely see you again.

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Giacomo and his family were very welcoming. Communication was impeccable. The accommodation is well-kept and very central, just a few minutes' walk from the canal port. It was a great experience, thank you!

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect accommodation for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with plenty of dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he resolved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

Our stay at Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all, highly recommended - even with a child!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

I'm speechless, Catia is a super friendly person, super attentive, I had a spectacular time. Everything that is said is offered and more! Casal del Sole sits on a hill in the middle of the great countryside. You have a unique 360-degree panoramic view. Ideal also with children, as there is a small playground. Table tennis, foosball and enough space for cozy sitting on various chill-out areas or cozy grilling. From the very large pool, you have a sensational view of the beautiful hills. We lived in 2 of the 4 apartments and were each very enthusiastic. The apartments are well equipped, especially the apartment on the ground floor with the great covered terrace. The entire equipment of the apartments, pool area, relaxation areas, extra kitchen is very well and thought out. Stefano and Alessandro with their families take care of everything until the very last detail. Rarely have we experienced such cleanliness and attention to detail somewhere. This is where hospitality comes from the heart. We have rarely recovered so well in a place. Thank you!

Francesco is a really good host. He speaks perfectly English and is always available. The apartment is nice - it’s like in the description. We had a good time and recommend Francesco.

Location among the hills of Cagli, silence and view all to enjoy. The pool is super clean, with sun loungers and shower and a beautiful view of the hills. Large (cyclamen) accommodation with an outdoor area for eating and relaxing. In short, a super pleasant holiday!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Luciano and his family could not have been more helpful!! The view was amazing and house's wifi worked great as well. The town is less than t minutes away and ot was nice for us to have such a private place to stay as a quite respot while on our italian tour.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The location is wonderfully quiet – perfect to unwind. We were particularly enthusiastic about the huge fenced garden where our dog could jump around – a real dog paradise! The hostess was very warm and even put a few small things in the fridge for us – a nice gesture! The kitchen equipment was great, it really had everything you need. A highlight was also the chickens – fresh eggs for breakfast directly from the garden once they have laid some. The view is fantastic, there is plenty to do in the area, and good restaurants are also not far away. We would definitely go back and can only recommend it.

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delicious: cozy, clean, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything, equipped with a very comfortable parking space and outdoor space that opens to a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic pearl, it offers the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended on the expanse of the sea. An additional peculiarity: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, they were once probably communicating, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

Anita was super nice host helping with everything that was asked. Apartment was nice, had everything we needed. However it was quite hot inside - air conditioning would be a great improvement. But it was not in the offer, so it was really good value for money!

New very nice accommodation, great location on the beach

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond when there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our day of departure, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colours, good facilities, cosy. Actually, it is quite close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants have probably taken over the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s house. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The surroundings are amazing. Beautiful views and absolute peace and quiet. The town of Macerata is nearby and has lots to offer. The house is a perfect base for exploring the Marche region. We felt very much at home. Marco is always available to answer questions and gave us lots of good tips to discover the region.

A well located apartment: on the sea, along the bike path and with the center of Pesaro within walking distance. Clean, well organized and tastefully furnished environments. The outdoor space is pleasant and functional. Friendly host and quick to respond. However, the apartment is suitable for three people (single bed and double bed): there were four of us, but the double sofa bed is uncomfortable.
