Great location for one or two guests who want to be out and about in Falmouth

Travelling as a married couple and a friend, our stay for a few nights at Little Bosthevan was delightful and very good value for money. The apartment on the top floor of Paul and Rachel’s home was clean, modern, spacious, well equipped and delightfully decorated. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms suited us perfectly and this would also be ideal for a family with 2 children. The hamlet of Carlidnack was well located for day tours to the south-western areas of Cornwall, including Falmouth and the Lizard. Paul and Rachel were friendly and helpful, with lots of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The welcome Cornish Cream Tea waiting for us in the apartment was a thoughtful and delicious touch.

Great place to stay, would highly recommend to anyone. Very clean and great amenities. Will happily return again.

Beautiful, spacious and peaceful apartment located within an easy walk to Maenporth beach through the field. Gill is a very well informed and responsive host and the apartment was very well provisioned with all you would need including for self catering with excellent kitchen facilities. Good disabled access into the ground floor flat with a disabled space right outside on a first come first served basis. There is a dedicated parking space too. Maenporth beach is gorgeous I had a fantastic early morning walk down with lovely coffee at beach cafe.

The apartment was so stylish spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and clean and the extras like prosecco and milk in the fridge were a welcoming touch. I also enjoyed the complimentary use of the hotel pool which was only a short stroll away. I look forward to a return visit next time I'm in Falmouth.

This was perfect for my stay in Falmouth. Beautifully presented, amazing location, quiet area and a very short walk into town. Zoe was a great host and ensured I had comprehensive instructions on finding the apartment and how to gain access. There is a lovely little garden attached to enjoy in the summer. Excellent stay. Incredible location and the place just as advertised. Sandra was great and really helpful, providing travel cot and high chair for us and really accommodating with the dog too.

My family and I have stayed at quite a few AirBnBs now around the world, and this one will always be remembered as one of the most special. It’s a beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment, with gorgeous furniture, luxurious shower room and comfortable beds, but the real beauty of spending time at Quayside is delivered by Daniel and Ross. They are such warm, welcoming and kind hosts full of helpful local knowledge… a stay here is a pleasure from start to finish! Mevagissey is a fascinating little working harbour town, and there’s so much to do in the surrounding area. We loved walking a small section of the South West coast path from Porthpean to Charlestown. Thank you Daniel and Ross… you really are wonderful people offering something very special.

Great apartment, spacious and in amazing updated condition, easily walkable to everywhere and off street parking was a bonus. Flexible check in and friendly supportive host.

A wonderful place to be based, literally minutes from a variety of shops and restaurants and even closer to a great pub. Robert and Katie respond quickly and their apartment has everything you could need for your stay. We certainly hope to be back with them next year.

We stay in a lot of properties, and this one is definitely up there with the very best! The apartment is absolutely 5* plus, with every detail carefully thought about. It’s immaculately clean and furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard — everything you could possibly need and more. The views from the balcony are simply stunning, and it’s a lovely, easy 15-minute walk into the centre of town along just one road. A couple of very minor points (and these honestly don't detract from how amazing the place is): the parking space and access drive are quite tight and really best suited for smaller cars, so you might find it easier to park on the road. The WiFi was a little unstable at times — but with good 5G coverage in the area, this wasn’t an issue for us at all. Also, the only thing missing from the otherwise brilliantly equipped kitchen was a microwave. Overall, a remarkable place to stay — we absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

We've had a wonderful weekend staying in Niloo's apartment. The space is beautiful and the view over the beach is priceless. Niloo was always helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had and helped us to feel right at home 😊 We'd absolutely recommend staying here and hope to back ourselves in the future

we had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in Falmouth! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. We absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s beautiful home. It exceeded our expectations the location was incredible, only a short and beautiful walk into the town. Next to the best beach. Every room was very clean and had everything we needed. Mary was very help helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend. Made a special birthday just perfect.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had the most amazing weather for our stay. Two of us shared the apartment. We discovered various steps to take us to town. The cab to the flat from the station was only £6 and well worth it on the way up! We really enjoyed The Sloop Inn and a restaurant called Silko on the quay St Ives. The best coffee by far was Mount Zion. The flat was really quiet and the beds comfortable. The Spa was really great and the views from the Spa Hotel were great. Lunch there was v tasty and the staff were sympathetic.

George and Chris instantly made us feel at home, they were really welcoming and were so easy to talk too. We really felt they were 'our kind' of people! They left us a wonderful little hamper style arrangement with milk, butter, sourdough, eggs and even a bottle of wine. The Hay Loft was absolutely spotless and has everything one needs. The quality of appliances and general finishing is of the highest quality. The kitchen is sublime, perfectly oriented, very considered and well laid out. The hot tub is the best we've ever encountered, huge and much more comfortable than normal. The bed is also incredibly comfortable, West End of LDN hotel standard, really very good indeed. The icing on the cake is the three wonderful dogs they have too, Tootsy, Inky and the crazy spaniel who's name evades me 😂 We would come back again 100%

Lovely place with beautiful little beach/ cove within walking distance. I would definitely recommend. Needed a place to visit child at university and this fitted and exceeded the bill.

Helen & Jon’s place was fantastic. So secluded that it was like you were in the middle of nowhere, yet only 10 minutes drive from loads of amazing places ! The house was spotless, views amazing and they both couldn’t have helped enough ! Thank you very much both !
