Banana Pancakes Studio Flat

JoRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Banana Pancakes had everything I needed while I was attending a course nearby. Really well equipped kitchen and an excellent shower. It was more private than I had anticipated, really tucked away at the end of the garden. Thank you!

The Pigsty. Treviskey Portloe.TR2 5PN

JohnRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We loved our stay at the Pigsty! Set in a gorgeous location, it was cosy, quiet and comfortable and we felt very much ‘at home’. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and Nicky gave clear instructions and helpful advice on the local area. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. We stayed here as a base to explore Cornwall by car, but it is close to the coastal walk-the fishing village of Portloe is in easy walking distance. We enjoyed sitting in the garden for dinner, watching the sun set and the moon rising over the ocean. Next time we will stay longer!

Gorgeous studio in St Agnes. 15 min walk to beach.

SaranneRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Had a lovely night at the gorgeous Apple Store. Lucy was a great host and gave such clear instructions on how to find the property. She was kind enough to leave us a bottle of fizz by way of apology for some damaged tiles in the shower which was completely unnecessary but a lovely gesture (barely even noticed the tiles!) The room was lovely and clean with an incredibly comfy bed and a much needed Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Would highly recommend if you are thinking of booking a stay in beautiful St Agnes.

The Boat House, Carbis Bay, St Ives

MarkRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had the best time staying at the boat house the weather wasn’t great and it was such a lovely cosy, warm place to come back to and relax after a busy day. Had everything you need and was very clean. Was great that the train station was only a 5/10 minute walk down the hill to go into St Ives and back on the train so was a really great location for seeing all the coastal line either by train or walking the coastal path. Easy to find. Great communication. Hope to come back again sometime soon. Thanks a million Mark, Sam , Sol and Milo (the dog)

Cosy detached annex, lovely views, close to town

RogerRating, 5 stars3 days ago
I can't praise the annex highly enough, spotlessly clean, beautiful location and the tea, various types of coffee, snacks and breakfast cereals are so welcoming. The bed was really comfortable and bedding very good quality. Anita was so easy to communicate with with, she replies almost straight away and nothing seems too much trouble. The views over the city and cathedral are breathtaking...thank you for a lovely stay...

The Piggery cottage dog friendly central location

WayneRating, 5 stars1 week ago
4 day stay and was perfectly equipped for the 2 of us to self cater and have a relaxing visit. Their place was very clean and in a very quiet location which was exactly what was required. Michelle and Richard were friendly and quick to respond to queries and on the day we arrived we were running early and they were happy for us to check in early which was very much appreciated. Relatively close to Bodmin and some of the best north coast beaches are about 30 mins by car. Definitely recommend if you are planning a stay in the area.

Adorable Lodge Private Patio pergola over Hot Tub

JillRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Simple and straightforward from booking, to arrival, to check-out. Host was on site within 30 mins of arrival to make sure everything was good and we knew where to find things. Perfect quick and informative introduction without feeling intrusive. Walkable to town centre and supermarkets (quite a steep hill back up again). The outdoor area with the hot tub is a lovely little private spot. A really great addition that made the stay worthwhile. Bodmin is a great base for exploring the rest of Cornwall. I was just there for peace and quiet so the town itself didn't matter. I'd stay again.

Garden Cabin

MiriamRating, 5 stars6 months ago
This place is magical. We felt at home immediately and Brenda welcomed us on our arrival. She was always ready to help if needed, but also very careful in giving us our space and privacy. The place is better than the pictures (which I think are already amazing!), very cosy and perfect for a family of four. We had a fantastic week and we could not recommend this place enough. The location is great, Coop is very close by and amazing beaches too. We would love to come back because it was simply perfect!

Unique Retreat & Hot tub Nr Porthcurno & Minack

LaelyaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The place was superb! it is a caravan so you would expect it to be small, but it is very clean and homey. The space outside is huge! Lots of things to do for both adults and kids without even needing to leave the accommodation. We had barbecue, we had fun playing the swingball and jumping on the trampoline with my children. My little one had so much fun playing in the mudpit (as what he called it!). Lots of places to go to as well. The hot tub was a bonus to end the day. Thank you very much for making our holiday memorable!

Lovely static caravan in rural location

JaimeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great setting with a fantastic view, garden area for kids and local farm animals to boot. Perfect for anyone wanting a bit of a countryside escape and well located to get to see various spots of Cornwall both north and south and near some national trusts. Host was friendly and responsive and the place had everything we needed including a washing machine and tumble drier. Like any static caravan it can be a bit chilly but there are heaters that work well and although the middle room didn't have a heater but kids slept fine with some long sleeve PJs. Wifi is included but the TV isn't a smart tv - however there is a selection of DVDs and a DVD player and we actually quite liked disconnecting from on demand viewing for a week.

Pet free & 2023 luxury static home & small deck

RaresRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Suzzy and her husband were very friendly and kind, we really enjoyed our stay there. The place was spotless, warm and everything was working. The only issue was the WIFI as it did not reach our caravan, it would only work next to the gate.

The Withy, nr Porthallow. Quirky cottage + Hot Tub

LucyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Cosy, peaceful place with only the sounds of the birds to hear in the mornings. Friendly and helpful hosts who were on hand when needed. Bedroom and living spaces were comfortable and warm. We enjoyed the local restaurants (particularly liked Roskilly's) and beaches, although the Lizard feels quite tucked away and remote, compared to the North and West parts of Cornwall.

Coastal retreat: steps to the beach + parking

JoRating, 5 stars7 months ago
My husband and I have just returned from a fantastic 3 night stay in Small Thyme. The bed is super comfy and the bathroom is lush. We loved the peace and quiet of Carbis bay but yet the walk into St Ives is really quick and enjoyable. Turn left out of the drive, walk to end of road and down the steps. Turn left to go to St Ives or right to take the very short walk down to Carbis Bay which is stunning and has lovely cafe, deli and restaurants plus paddle board hire. We had a delicious meal at Porthminster Beach Cafe (the first beach you come to as you walk to St Ives) and also enjoyed a great meal in Tal Tay Thai Kitchen in St Ives. Tip - Small Thyme doesn’t have any crockery or cutlery apart from 2 glasses, 2 mugs and teaspoons. So take your own if you want some cold nibbles as we did. Also take a cool box if you want to take a bottle of wine or beers to keep cold as the chiller is very tiny. We would love to stay again. It’s the perfect bolt hole. Lisa is also a great host.
