The accommodation offers an ideal hub from which to explore Falmouth and the surrounding areas, having your car with you would be helpful for your travelling, there is the use of a private driveway, or a bus stop is nearby. If your not driving you would be within 35 minutes easy walk of Falmouth town centre, as well as several local beaches and coastal walks.

The house benefits from sea views from all the rooms at the back, and also from the living room and kitchen. The house features a lovely outdoor patio space also with views across to the harbour. Gorgeous airy Georgian apartment in a Grade II listed mansion overlooking the harbour in the heart of beautiful Falmouth. Everything is within easy walking distance, so you won't need your car: Events Square and hundreds of great restaurants and shops are all minutes away! One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.
