The 2 room apartment is 60 square meters and is located in a quiet one-way street. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet bedroom with an 800 sqm garden. Just as quickly as at the cathedral you are also in the city and the hiking trail on the Gera starts at the end of the road. For my guests there is an espresso machine & a small supermarket is around the corner. The apartment is friendly and cozy, has a good atmosphere and is also suitable for a longer stay.

The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located directly behind the city hall by the water. It is a very quiet but very central , high quality furnished and refurbished property. The tram at the fish market is just 200 m away.Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity.The equipment is of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole. The listed and traffic-calmed city centre offers no parking or paid parking.

The apartment is a mezzanine parlor in a old storage building of the former garden-building company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the base of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above was rebuilt around 1850 and has been completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the exterior shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
