The apartment is located on the ground floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the base of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The timber-framed house above it was newly built around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All the inner walls of the outer shell of the house are made of clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant room climate.
