The apartment is 1min away from the market and town center, with the view directly on the Herderplatz. It is located in a listed building, which was built in 1570th The building has been lovingly restored and renovated with traditional materials such as clay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has one of the most beautiful views of the Herderplatz. It is bright and sunny. There is a balcony to the back side of the house, belonging to the apartment. Perfect for smokers and in summer.

It is located on the 3rd floor of a listed house directly at the main train station. Due to an efficient connection to the tram (1 min. to the stop), you will be in all locations of the city in no time, very well connected to the fair and EGA Park. The historic old town and shopping facilities are within walking distance.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.
