Directly behind the house on the edge of the forest, you can relax wonderfully on the private barbecue area, and in summer the lake on your doorstep offers refreshing cooling with excellent water quality. Guest cards are also offered for anglers. The house is a perfect starting point for hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing tours.

The house is in the second row and the swimming lake can be reached via three different jetties in about 50 m distance.

Shopping facilities (Globus) are in the immediate vicinity as well as the entrance/exit of the A71, which also takes you to the Erfurt A4 junction in 5 minutes. A swimming lake and waters for fishing can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, as well as the Erfurt/Kühnhausen train station.
