Maurits was a friendly host. He was flexible with our arrival and check-out time and we were able to leave our luggage behind until our evening flight. He lives upstairs which means that all requests were responded to quickly. The apartment was bright and cosy, just like the photos. Maurits was proactive and provided us with some wood for the fire which was great given an unseasonably cool evening in June. Lighting the fire was a delightful addition. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The sofa bed exceeded expectations. The bathroom was pristine. The location was second to none- many nice cafes and shops a short stroll away. Maurits made some great recommendations. I highly recommend his apartment.

Eni's place is a real gem if you want to avoid touristic places. It's ideal for 2-3 people max. The check-in was very smooth and Eni was very helpful.

Very responsive and flexible host on arrival and departure times. The apartment is well equipped and pleasant, just a second bedroom a little narrow. The barbecue was not cleaned, but since the kitchen was well equipped, we had no worries. Location close to the center and a tram station. I recommend it.

We felt very comfortable and had a very nice few days in Sandy's house. The children loved the playground and the football field right outside the door. In particular, families I can recommend the house. We will be happy to come back.

We felt right at home, nothing was missing. Very special location, perfect for relaxing but also for excursions. Marc was very friendly and was able to help us out with many tips. At our request to get a step stool so that the children get to the sink, he responded immediately. The sauna has, of course, been a highlight. Everything very comfortable! The location on the water simply fantastic! We also had a lot of fun with the trampoline. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice and clean house in a quiet area. Everything was great!

The cottage met the description and pictures exactly. It is small but super complete and efficiently arranged with even olive oil and laundry pods. Getting used to the stairs, but that turned quickly. The location is top, close to the beach and city center and also to a bike rental. Due to the location and bench in front of the door, you didn't really miss the garden. You are in the middle of the residential area, which is nice for the entire Katwijk experience. Bas and Lisette respond very quickly and think along. They are very approachable but give you complete privacy. So definitely worth 5 stars.

Great house with three spacious bedrooms and large bathrooms. In addition, a toilet on the ground floor. Large living room with dining table to the open, well-equipped kitchen and spacious corner couch. In good weather, there is also a couch in front of the house, where you can sit in the sun. Everything was clean and tidy. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the city center and also from the sea front. The communication with the landlords went perfectly. In any case, we would gladly come back at any time.

We were greeted in a very friendly manner, even drinks and nibbles were ready:) Karin is a great landlady, always available. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and has a protected terrace. The location is beautiful, both the beach and the small town can be reached on foot in just over 20 minutes. We felt completely comfortable and would gladly come back.

Anjas, apartment is conveniently located in the middle (season conditional🙃) of beautiful tulip fields. The beach is only a short drive by car - but also very doable on foot or by bike. For us, the apartment was a very good location to explore the surrounding area and take long walks on the beach. The beach pavilions on the beach are top class. Friendly - accommodating - priced fair! (We know other things on the DE side of the North Sea😉. All in all: we'll be back All the best Esther and Oliver

The apartment is very bright, clean, and close to the beach. It has all the necessary amenities for a family. For kids, many games and toys are available. Henk is a very responsive and helpful host. We recommend this apartment.

Our weekend was very nice and the appartment is truly special :) The interior and the decoration is very interesting and you discover something new all the time. You just need to be aware that there are two steep stairs in the appartment which might cause some issues for people who are not really fit. If that is not a problem for you you should definetly go there :)

Very good accomodation for the last minute booking for high season! On the beach, with big balcony and very close to all you need, direct in the center of the town. Parking is paid, bur directly near the entrance. Also you can park in 15 minutes walk free of charge. No place for our clothes in the bedroom, but we stay only 2 nights and it is not critical. Self check-in and self check-out is very comfortable!

John’s Airbnb was perfect for our little getaway with our daughter (2 yo). John provided a high chair and crib for her and she had her own little room which she slept very well in. The Airbnb was quiet especially considering its location! The US WiFi is a little weak especially in the bedrooms but the other options is solid. The stairs up to the unit are very steep. We left the stroller by the front door and relied on the elevator (warning it’s small and slow). But overall, it was a really great place and we had an excellent time.

This apartment was wonderful! Clean, modern, comfortable, convenient, with everything you need. The pleasant host met with us to give us a tour and recommendations. Very cute little 3rd level apartment, historic and authentic but also contemporary. The spiral staircase was nice too, not as steep and narrow as traditional European homes. Right on the outskirts of city center, minutes away from everything, including the train station. Plenty of restaurants and lots of shopping, a few local museums and other activities. Or just take the train 20 mins to Amsterdam. We would definitely stay here again!
