It is situated on the first floor and is centrally located: the beach, dunes and village center are all within 100m. The apartment is suitable for 2 to 5 people and includes private parking. This luxurious 4-room apartment with a view of the sea offers: •Living/dining room •1 master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) •1 bedroom with a single bed •1 bedroom with a bunk bed •Kitchen •Toilet •Bathroom with a shower and sink •Balcony facing west with a view of the sea and evening sunsets. The apartment is on the first floor which can be reached with either the stairs or the elevator. The beach, dunes and the village are all in walking distance (100 meters). In the living/dining room: 1x Tripp Trapp highchair, a television + Chromecast(Netflix, youtube etc) and a Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is modern with a combination refrigerator/freezer (with a 3 drawer freezer), a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, a 5 burner stovetop (one for wok) and a Nespresso coffee maker. In the master bedroom there is a desk and large closet. Further, there is a fold-away children’s bed. There are two entrance cards for the dune areas. Downstairs in the storage room are 3 bicycles (1x women’s, 1x men’s and 1 x child’s), a large beach wagon and beach/sandbox toys. There is a private parking space. Pets are not permitted in the apartment nor is smoking allowed. The rental price includes electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, private parking, beach wagon, bikes, bedding and towels.

Writer's/vacation home 'Little Hemingway'

Writer's cottage/holiday cottage "Little Hemingway" is ideal for the lazy reading vacation. Our cottage has plenty of books in the closet! There is also an opportunity to write. Those who do not want all this, can enjoy the tranquility, the sea and the dunes in our picturesque Egmond. Our cottage is small but very warm and cozy, and has a ditto sleeping loft. Three minutes walk from the beach. Note: From July 1 to September 1, the cottage can only be booked per week, from Saturday to Friday/Sat.

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

The Hofkamer, by the beach and dunes

Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!

It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. We have named our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" because Egmond aan Zee has its charms in every season! If you have any questions or requests, we will be happy to help you. Sleep well

A light, fresh studio of 20 square metres where nothing is missing. To gain energy, be able to work quietly, also from conferences at the nearby hotel Zuiderduin. Enjoy the beautiful light falls through skylight. With a pellet stove for the (cozy) warmth. A nice separate shower and toilet. With Nespresso machine and cooking possibility for e.g. breakfast. We warmly welcome you to our lovely summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.
