Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Welcome to the cozy seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee. In this quiet street, just 600m from the beach and cozy center, there is a cozy studio for two people. The studio has been completely renovated and equipped with a kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. In addition, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The separate living space with living and sleeping area is cozy and comfortable. A small terrace is located in front of the studio.

De zomerwoning heeft een eigen toegang, is geschikt voor 3 volwassenen (2 persoons boxspring van 160x200 en een 1 persoons bed 80x190) of 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (vanaf 5 jaar) en is van alle gemakken voorzien voor een fijne vakantie. Gratis parkeergelegenheid en wifi voor gasten.

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!

We warmly welcome you to our lovely summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.
