We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Har I lyst til at opleve Danmark fra sin smukke og rolige side, så er “Vidkærhøj” stedet for jer. Boligen er en del af vores ejendom fra 1870’erne, og var oprindeligt en gammel stald, som vi nænsomt har istandsat over de seneste par år. Den er beliggende centralt mellem Aarhus, Silkeborg og Skanderborg. Her er højt til himlen, og hvis I har lyst vil vores hund, Aggie, meget gerne hilse på jer, ligesom vores kat, høns og haner også er meget nysgerrige. Vi glæder os til at tage imod jer 🤗

Super cozy and homely annex/mini-summer house with a small terrace out front. The annex is located 250 meters from the water, where you will find a beach with a jetty. It is 20 m2 and has a cozy terrace and lawn that invites you to have a lot of fun and games. The annex consists of a bathroom and a combined bedroom/living room/kitchenette in one. There is a private entrance to the wooden terrace, where the summer sun can be enjoyed in the relaxing surroundings. TV with chromecast.

Charming guest house located on a large and lovely natural plot. The house has been refurbished and fits 2 people and is decorated in a personal and cozy style. There is the possibility of purchasing an extra bed (but only on a mattress on the floor) if you are 3 people. Please note that there are stairs to the living room/bedroom. The stairs are without handrails and not suitable for small children.
