Space for 4 people, of which 2 sleeping places are in the living room on a sofa bed. 300 meters from the beach and harbor area, with several restaurants and ice cream parlors. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is furnished with three good bedrooms. The gathering room is the kitchen, which is open to the living room. From the living room, there is access to the wooden terrace, which is covered and faces south-west. To the east, there is a large tiled terrace with a large annex of 10 m2 and here is also a basin/pool. The pool is open from May to September. The large lawn is suitable for play and is surrounded by trees. There is a charger for electric cars.

Enjoy the tranquility and coziness of our charming, modernized house from 1966, filled with green plants and a lovely atmosphere. Beautiful garden with pool and orangery, and 250 meters from the front door you can swim or walk on a lovely beach with the longest bathing pier in the Aarhus Bay. The house has two good bedrooms with a total of three beds in 120, 140 and 180 cm width. The kitchen and bathroom are nice and functional without being new and fancy, and there is what you need to feel at home during your stay.

We use the apartment privately, and want tenants who take care of the home, so it is always nice to be in. 20 minutes to Djurs Sommerland! Outdoor and indoor pool, fitness room, playground, table tennis, billiards, mini golf, barbecue area. A few hundred meters to the beach. In the area, there are lots of sights, castles, nature and activities. New shared laundry with card payment.

Udenfor venter området med pool, gode restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Stranden ligger mindre end 10 minutters gang fra døren, og Djurs Sommerland er kun en kort køretur væk.
