Waterfront holiday rentals in Ebeltoft

I booked this place for my 3 boys for Christmas. Irma was friendly and quick to respond, and it was easy to get the key from her boyfriend in the same building. The apartment was clean and tidy and everything worked as it should. It's probably best for two people - not three. But for me who wanted to be close to my family in the city, it was a perfect solution.

A very nice accommodation right on the water (only a footpath separates) on two floors (narrow spiral staircase): upstairs armchair, sofa, view of the harbor and the bed, downstairs kitchenette, large table and the bathroom. Everything you need. Good furniture. In the building also an underground car park (very expensive) or a handful of public parking spaces with a 15-minute limit. Cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, but not too loud. Perfect for exploring the city (by bike) or watching the day go by with a view of the water.

Highly recommended apartment for a visit to Aarhus! The location at Bessin 7 is perfect for companies. There are sports facilities (squash, beach volleyball, calisthenics, surfing, swimming pool, wakeboarding...), restaurants, bars, a supermarket and a large promenade within walking distance. The bus stop is also a 3-minute walk away and offers a quick connection to the city and the train station. The apartment itself is super cozy and beautifully decorated. We particularly enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, while we could look at the wakeboard facility. Even with the balcony door open, it is quiet, as no cars drive in front of the apartment. Pia was very helpful as a host and quick to reach. Thanks for the place! :)

Troels is a perfect host. The apartment also exceeded our expectations, although the photos and descriptions were already very promising. Aarhus is a very attractive destination as a "young" city with a mixture of historical and contemporary architecture and cultural offerings. And the apartment absolutely complements this impression. Nice place in a quiet location. We had a good time, you can get to Aarhus very quickly and supermarkets are also nearby. However, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach.

This host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. There was friendly and responsive communication. The apartment was easy to find and was spotlessly clean and close to the sailing centre which the reason for our visit. There was a nice bakery, a few restaurants and a supermarket close by. The walk into town was a reasonable walk but there is a bus stop close by, that takes you straight in. The apartment itself is very cosy and perfect for 2 people. We could easily cook meals and wash clothes. It had everything we needed and we felt very safe and secure. The balconies were lovely and the view is really nice. The neighborhood is very modern and the architecture is fabulous. We had a great 2 week stay here! Thank you!

We‘ve been at Mathias house for the second time and our memories didn’t lie to us. The house was very clean, well equipped and inside and outside very comfortable.

Right next to the lake. A fantastic view and a place full of character.

Great weekend with the opportunity to both kayak and canoe. Nice garden with great opportunities to play hide and seek with the kids 🤩🌼 Great location and great surroundings. We sailed to the other side of the lake and went for a walk in the spring green forest. All in all, a good extended weekend - and nice to meet Klaus 😊

Sabine was a great host. We had an amazing stay in this super beautiful home. Our kids really enjoyed the playground both around the corner and in Juelsminde! We would love to come again!

We had a wonderful time at Nicolai's accommodation! Everything was as described, very clean, lovingly furnished and the location - simply fantastic! Unfortunately, we had to arrive a day later because our baby got sick, but thanks to the flexible check-in, that was no problem. And we could go directly to the sea for every nap of our little one and be back with him super fast when he woke up. Perfect for travelling with small children! We definitely fell in love with the location, the tranquility and the accommodation and will be happy to come back! Cornelius & Kateryna

We had a wonderful holiday in Kaspers' house. It was very nice, spacious, clean and very well equipped. We were able to cook and bake in the kitchen! The children loved the swings and the neighbors - the cows and goats ;) all generations loved the view. The bakery etBRØD in Malling and the Fiskehuset Norsminde are highly recommended. After Aarhus, we were able to take the tram. The way to the beach is not so easy to reach on foot. The road is very busy. We would like to come back!

Really cozy house in wonderful, quiet surroundings. A lise for the soul. Nicely equipped kitchen that had what a family of six needed on a 3-day stay. Very good communication with Tinne and her husband, who also came by with 'Easter eggs' from their own chicken coop. Thank you for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Airbnb is nice and spacious and very clean!

We were 2 couples, in Michael's apartment, and immediately felt very comfortable. The view is really something special, and calms the senses. Everything is very practical and yet comfortably furnished. We were able to reach everything well on foot in the 3 days. You're actually right in the middle of it. Aarhus and the one in Michael's apartment is highly recommended. We will be happy to come back.

"As it would be at home in France", Peder and Kirsten are simply beautiful people: kind, respectful, cautious about the happiness of their hosts. Very touching little touches to please. As for the place... (4 days) it is a small paradise by the lake, an extraordinary view with a fantastic sunset and possibility of breakfast with swans, numerous and diverse birds in a refreshing peace. The place has everything you need, very comfortable beds with a magical lake view. Multiple hikes or walks are possible. Summer activities for everyone. We highly recommend coming to take a magical break in this caring home. The value for money is great. We wish Kristen and Peder a nice continuation.

The flat was really nice and the view incredible our family was totally happy.

A beautiful apartment overlooking the marina. The light rail passes in front of the apartment but it is the quieter line and is well separated by gardens and a wide walkway etc so we did not feel the rail was intrusive at all. Anita’s apartment was ideal for the marina and easy to walk into the city centre or use public transport. There is a lovely food court, shops, cafes etc at the marina. The apartment was warm and very comfortable and we loved the outdoor balcony space. Would definitely stay again!

The four of us stopped at Keld. From the very beginning, we were enchanted by the magnificent surroundings. The modern facility combines design with maritime flair and offers accentuated play opportunities for the smaller children. Adults will also find the right offer for every need in the surrounding area. Keld's apartment is super functional and inviting, so you can feel at home right away. The evenings invite you to linger on the balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea. We were absolutely thrilled in every case.

This was a really well- equipped flat and was clearly the owner’s homely home not just a rental: there were lots of personal photos, books, binoculars etc. The temperature was always just right. It was amazing to stay in one of the most-coveted waterfront positions in such an iconic architectural complex. The view of the harbour from the flat was mesmerising-so much was happening including huge container ships being piloted in, herons hunting in the rocks, seals bobbing by …. Special mention must go to the sparrows who regularly checked in on the balcony! Aarhus is a very intriguing city with lots to explore, we wished we had a longer stay than just 3 nights.
