In the harbor you have direct boat connections to the popular day trips, along the seal banks in the Wadden Sea National Park as well as to the islands, Juist and Norderney. Beautiful holiday home with large garden in direct water location on the canal with fantastic views of the East Frisian countryside. The house has been extensively refurbished and renovated. It was important to us to maintain the original character and combine it with today's living comfort. Regionality, sustainability and individuality were our compass. On the edge of the historic village center in a quiet location, just a stone's throw to the dike, the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum.

Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in the gable. Wifi but wobbly! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approximately 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cosy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.
