In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Our farm is idyllic, quiet and rural, situated in a wonderful secluded location in beautiful Friesland. This two-person apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, with direct access to the stables. You won't just be staying on the farm, you'll be right in the heart of the action. Enjoy authentic country living. The North Sea is only a few kilometres away and can be reached via lovely bike paths. Here, you'll live on the farm with horses, cows, dogs, chickens, geese and us 2 humans :)

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. A small private farmhouse with 17,500 square meters of land. More freedom is almost impossible. The house offers cozy rooms and has a wonderful terrace facing south. A private electric gate leads to the property. There are many corners and small huts to discover on the premises. If it gets cooler, you can comfortably light a basket fire in the garden or the stove in the living room.

Our apartment is located in the former residential wing of a listed and extensively renovated Gulfhof in a secluded location, directly on the dike, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden lattice windows with great views of the East Frisian expanse and modern furnishings with a lot of love for detail make this apartment a place to feel good.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
