Aktuell ist der Balkon gesperrt und ist aufgrund dessen auch nicht inseriert. Bremerhavens Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Auswanderer-Haus, die Aussichtsplattform „Sail-City“, das Schifffahrtsmuseum und auch die Fußgängerzone sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
