This vacation home is in a unique quiet location directly on the North Sea dike. The bright, detached house in Friedrichskoog was completely renovated in 2023/2024 and can accommodate 4 people and 2 dogs. The 1500 sqm property is fenced 1.25 m high. Fireplace, sauna, hot tub and fiber optic 300 Mbit provide comfort. Two bedrooms, modern living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The dike, dog beach, mudflat hikes and nature are very close by. Special accommodation has its very own style.

The house is 124 m² and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, on the upper floor even with bathtub and sauna). On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

A renovated holiday home for four people awaits you. Plus a baby crib on request. In front of the house is the dike and behind the house are meadows as well as many sheep that offer you pure peace and quiet. Children are welcome here. A climbing frame with swing and trampoline is available for the children. On the terrace you can soak up the sun or light the grill. Since September 2025, we have also had an outdoor sauna, which is heated with wood.
