The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Beautiful holiday home with large garden in direct water location on the canal with fantastic views of the East Frisian countryside. The house has been extensively refurbished and renovated. It was important to us to maintain the original character and combine it with today's living comfort. Regionality, sustainability and individuality were our compass. On the edge of the historic village center in a quiet location, just a stone's throw to the dike, the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum.

It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. The dyke edge is about 2 km, bakery 1 km (Rysum), other purchases 11 km (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike rides in East Frisia.
