In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Come and stay with the friendly hostess who will welcome you and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

De Noot: a green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen

The "De Noot" studio is fully, tastefully, and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, on the ground floor, on the outskirts of town. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work, or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests. Public transportation is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large green yard with an orchard, a meadow with a pond (and several benches), chickens, a rooster, sheep, and a sweet dog (stable).

We offer a spacious 75 square meter non-smoking apartment. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is also a large bathroom with shower and a large bathtub. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine. The living room contains a sofa area with a coffee table and a dining area. Free Wi-Fi. The studio is part of a multi-generational home that has been realized in a former care institution. A totally new, clean and lovely cosy private room, next with mini farm animals and beautiful garden. Beautiful nature landscape and within 10 mins ride to supermarket and shops. In optional, we also provide full breakfast from our daily fresh organic egg with extra charge €10,50 per person, €7,50 for kids. You may reserve before arrival. So you may enjoy your healthy breakfast in our beautiful floral green garden.

Guest room in the heart of Wardenburg

In Wardenburg we offer a nice furnished guest room. TV, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave are available. A small bathroom and roof terrace are connected to the room. A kitchen is not provided. Wi-Fi is free. The room has a bed in the size 140 × 200 cm. The use of the room with two people is possible. Please contact me about this. The room is non-smoking. Smoking is possible on the roof terrace.
