This 75m2 apartment is ideal to accommodate two to four people. It has a private parkingplace if you are comming with car. The apartment is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Diocletian’s Palace, the bustling market, Prokurative and Riva.

It's position between the cities of Split and Omiš offers possibility of exploring many tourist attractions in the area or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. The apartment is located right above the sea and offers great sea view at the Split archipelago (islands like Brač, Hvar and Šolta). The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Nearby are markets, coffee bars and pizzerias.

There are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds (180x200) and two bathrooms (2 shower cabins, washing machine). There is also a living room with an extendable couch (164x195) and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Apartment has balcony with table and chairs.
