Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Trogir is a well-known town for its rich city life and cultural heritage.The location of the villas is truly ideal,as the villa is situated very close to Trogir but still away enough from the hustle of a busy city so you can enjoy the peace and truly relax. Villa is situated around 300m from the sea and features a modern contemporary design and was decorated with love and attention to detail.

This new apartment is duplex, offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and big terrace. Air conditioning and TV is provided. Apartment is located in Okrug Gornji, right on the quiet beach, but close proximity to all necessary amenities. Other great and popular beaches are close (Copacabana 250 m, Labadusa 1,7 km…).Trogir is 2,5 km away.
