This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

All of them have big terrace, SAT-TV, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom etc. Swimming pool area plus 70m2 big lounge on pool level ( huge dinning table, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 couch, Smart tv) 2 upper floors: 5 apartments with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!
