This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Enjoy amazing sea view from apartment balcony. Our apartment is located in beautiful seaside place Dugi Rat which is great connected with cities of Split and Omiš. We don't have private parking space, but there is free public parking 100 meters away from the apartment. Bus station is 200 meters away from the apartments. Novouređeni apartman (42 m2) u mirnom primorskom gradiću Orij -Dugi Rat. Mjesto Orij se nalazi između Splita (15 km) i Omiša (4 km).
