Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Apartman ima 69 m2 , renoviran je 2023.godine te nudi prostrani dnevni boravak sa potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom , lođu na jugu, dvije komodne spavaće sobe , te kupoanicu. Svaka prostorija je klimatizirana. Televizori su postavljeni u dnevni boravak i u obje spavaće sobe, te se nudi Netflix usluga. Apartman je udaljen samo 150 metara od prekrasne šljunčane plaže.
