We don't have private parking space, but there is free public parking 100 meters away from the apartment. Bus station is 200 meters away from the apartments. Relax in this cozy and beautiful newly designed home. The apartment has 69 m2 , was renovated in 2023 and offers a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen , a loggia to the south, two dressing bedrooms , and a bathroom. Every room is air conditioned. TVs are set up in the living room and in both bedrooms, and Netflix service is offered. The apartment is only 150 meters from the beautiful pebble beach. There are shops and cafes in the building.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

STUDIO Z Nice vacation in a peaceful part of town 10 minutes walk to the town Centre. Location is great far enough from the city to be out of the noise, and close enough to be a short walk away. The bed is a sofa, but on the sofa is a new, large (7cm) and very comfortable mattress. You will sleep very well because this is very quiet part of town.
