Apartment holiday rentals in Split-Dalmatia County

Good sized studio in brilliant location just a few minutes walk from Diocletians palace and the sea front. The street it's on is pedestrianised, and the studio is on the third floor at the back. You can hear a little of the hubbub wafting up from people queuing at the great fast food joints nearby but it's dead quiet by midnight. In the morning coffee bars were in abundance. The flat is very well furnished with much of high quality. All the windows have mosquito nets, the air-conditioning was very quiet, the shower was excellent and the bed big was comfortable with good quality linen. The kitchenette was fine for simple stuff and there was a good supply of cooking condiments like olive oil. The TV was large and worked well. We parked for an hour in a parking bay at the bottom of the street to unload. About 100m away. We then parked for free about 10 minutes walk away. Easy. You really couldn't expect more especially for such a modest cost. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed my stay here a lot. Place was spotless and clean and Jakša was extremely helpful and accomodating, particularly with check in and check out and provided lots of helpful tips and recommendations.

Honestly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever experienced! Marina is a great host who was extremely helpful and prompt. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Split. Location is walking distance to many restaurants and the pier. There are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment but the view is definitely worth it!! Can’t recommend Marina or this listing enough!

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Great little Airbnb in the perfect location in Bol. You have the sea right there out your bedroom window and can pop in for a dip so easily. The little balcony is a treat. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and supermarket. It’s nice and quiet. You’ll love it

This is the perfect place if you want to spend your time outside, relaxing in the beach just outside the front door. Toni gave us lots of tips, including recommending a rental car, without which getting to the airbnb would be challenging, and limit your freedom to explore.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb properties and I would have to say this has been one of my favourites. there’s no question that are welcome by Baldo was amazing. He was helpful friendly fun and full of helpful tips. He remained in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and having fun in Split. The apartment itself was right in the middle of the action so we felt close to everything. It was beautifully presented, well equipped, and comfortable with everything imaginable available to us I would love to return one day and would have no hesitation in recommending this property as one of the best in Split.

We loved our stay here! Check-in was effortless, and street parking was surprisingly easy to find. Apartment was in a great location in proximity to the beach and old town, we would highly recommend!!

Lovely accommodation spent 1 night here and it’s really beautiful. Marija very helpful and let us check in a little bit early. The garden is lovely and peaceful and the inside decor is lovely.

The apartment was immaculate and very well stocked. We loved the food treats and having milk in the fridge. There were extra items including lovely toiletries and a bag with towels etc for the beach. We were directed to the parking area on arrival which was very helpful. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. We would recommend this apartment.

Dino is a very active and attentive host. It is clearly very important to him that each guest has a wonderful stay in his units. We had a great time and he had a great binder of local recommendations. The apartment is in a wonderful location in Split, making it easy to navigate around the city.

We loved Irenas apartment, it exceeded our expectations from the photos especially the outdoor verandah. Irenas husband met us with the keys and kindly helped us with our luggage. The stairs were not an issue for us but may be for others. The apartment is immaculate throughout and Irena left so many nice touches including some goodies in the fridge. It was pretty hot when we're there and we appreciated coming back to some nice A/C and being able to sit out in the shaded area of the balcony with a beer. Everything is walkable from the apartment and there is a small supermarket, nice bakery (left out the door then round to the right) and great focaccia sandwich shop all close by. If taking a taxi to the apartment the taxi cannot get to the door and will drop you about 30meters away which isn't a great problem. WIFI in the apartment was super fast which was appreciated. We did hear some sounds from the neighbours apartment at times but it wasn't a great problem. 5*Highly Recommended!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is clean and well organized. We appreciated the special touches (having coffee creamer is a big plus for us! And the thoughtful local candy at our bedside tables). We slept peacefully each night. We also loved the proximity to the beach where we spent many hours. Thank you!

Coming from the States, it is so nice to find a place where you can walk everywhere! we loved this spot as dinner, drinks, the Riva, the marina, beaches, coffee and activities were all walkable. The highlights of the spot for us were D16 coffee, Articok restaurant, Diocletian Palace, and having a supermarket in walking distance too. I cooked an awesome meal on our first night and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Swimming at the beaches to the west and Forest Park Marjan were also great activities if you run or are up for longer walks. Beautiful place!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

This was one of our favourite stays in Croatia. The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Spacious apartment, perfectly equipped, tastefully furnished and sparkling clean. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!
