Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). In the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, the accommodation is about 60 m², has its own entrance, plus about 15 m² south terrace on a large garden with old trees. Please note that due to the proximity to the garden, an insect can sometimes get into the apartment. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, an integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

Welcome to Bergheim! Beautiful 2-room, 52 square meters, in a 2-party house with private entrance. The apartment is on the second floor. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and TV, as well as to the spacious living room with large dining table, TV, fold-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.
