Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

Directly in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation area Rotter See in a quiet location but conveniently located, approx. 10 minutes to Cologne/Bonn Airport, approx. 15 minutes to Cologne or Bonn (also easily accessible by bus and train). This well-kept two-room apartment is designed for 2 people. A king size box spring bed and sofa bed are available for sleeping. Our beautiful apartment is located in the southernmost district of Essen, in Kettwig. From the balcony on the 6th floor, you have an indirect view of the Ruhr reservoir, which is right at your doorstep (about 5 minutes' walk). The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds, 1x a large double bed), a large living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living spaces are very bright and friendly.
