This is an old half-timbered house from the 18th century. My father acquired the adjacent meadow with an old barn around 1992 and elaborately prepared it in the following years. With the death of my father in 2008, I inherited the hunting lodge - I associate it with nice hours together with my father and also the hunting events. In the following years, I consistently renovated it further: Today the building is self-sufficient in electricity, I produce more electricity than I use myself

It is 40 square meters and can accommodate 2 people. If you want to travel with children, there is the possibility of a sofa bed in the living room.

My place is close to Cologne (about 20 km) - at the gates of the Bergisches Land. The property can be reached by bus and S-Bahn from Cologne in 40 minutes with one change. The bus stop is 30 meters from the house. You'll love my place because of the wide range of uses in the area (Cologne Fair, art and culture, Naturarena Bergisches Land). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.

A solar system supplies the house with clean energy for electricity, hot water, heating. EV charging station and guests PC available. With us in the house live a cat and a dog. Getting to us by public transport is a little complicated, but possible.

The accommodation is part of a beautiful, listed farm complex from 1820. The guest suite is located on the first floor of our listed former barn and has a separate side entrance. The terrace behind the barn can be used by our guests. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine. Our vacation home is located in a small village near Marialinden. From the large terrace, you have a magnificent view of the Bergisches Land. The former farm building of a horse farm was renovated and completely modernized by us and was furnished with a lot of love for detail.
