The 70 m² quiet ground floor apartment can accommodate 1 couple and 1 other person. Around the house there are wonderful hiking trails or bike paths through the forest or along the Wied. The Ehrenstein Monastery with its castle ruins is an attraction and is within walking distance. The historic cities of Linz am Rhein, Erpel, Bad Hönningen are 20 minutes away by car. In the garden there is an 8 m long pool for the hot days. 4 additional guests can also be accommodated.

Corona bedingte Einschränkungen werden kommuniziert. Eine uneingeschränkte Vermietung ist möglich für Arbeitskontexte, Mobile Office. Auf Grund von gesetzlichen Auflagen kann mein offener Kamin nicht mehr genutzt werden , er wird deshalb demnächst mit einem Heizeinsatz umgerüstet. Die Gebühr für Hunde beträgt 10€ pro Hund und Tag
