In nur 100m Entfernung befindet sich ein großes Waldstück zum Spazieren und abschalten. Köln ist in ca. 25 Autominuten zu erreichen.

Spacious apartment, in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is an ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. On site, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee in cash from January 1, 2025. It consists of 5% of the booking price. This amount must be passed on by us 1:1 to the municipality of Simmerath!
