Harz Suites

My Harz Suites consist of 5 different apartments in the Vier Jahreszeiten house - a former hotel. The location in the village: Absolutely central - between the spa park and (adventure) Bocksberg. Tourist information, cable car, stave church, bakery and various restaurants - everything is a maximum of 300 m away. Free parking is available, and the bus stops right in front of the house. The town of Hahnenklee charges a tourist tax of 3 EUR per person per day. This is paid separately to the vacation rental management on site.

The perfect "hideaway" for individualists: Duplex apartment on two floors in a fantastically quiet location without traffic noise, on request with private basement for mountain bikes. The cozy apartment is renovated to a high standard and furnished with a lot of love for detail. On the 2nd floor are the spacious living/dining room and the modern, beautiful wooden kitchen as well as the bright, friendly bathroom. A protected south-facing loggia promises many hours of sunshine. The cozy bedroom is under the roof.

The 'Schanzenblick' house is beautifully located in a cul-de-sac with a view of the Mühlenberg. From here, you can set off on some lovely hikes. The fenced garden, which has a BBQ and seating area, can also be used. The centre of Altenau, with a supermarket, shops and restaurants, is a 10-minute walk away. To pass the time, Altenau offers the largest herb park in Germany, a disc golf course, a free forest swimming pool and the 'Heißer Brocken' crystal spa. You will be spending your holiday in our apartment on the 7th floor (lift available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window, you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment features a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with a large shower, and a comfortable solid-wood double bed with cotton bed linen. On the balcony, you’ll be sitting on teak furniture surrounded by herbs (which you can harvest yourself) and flowers.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Holiday apartment in a quiet woodland location

Welcome to the Krafthaus, a historic forester's lodge from 1902 on the edge of the forest in the Upper Harz region. The sculptor Reinhold Kraft lived and worked here for many years. Sculptures and works of art in the holiday apartment still remind us of his work today and give the house its special character. The large garden and the quiet location by the forest invite you to spend relaxing days with family or friends.

Hobby room

We offer a non-smoking room for 1-3 people (30 m²) in the basement with private bathroom (shower/toilet) and entrance. The room with 2.40 m ceiling height has a single bed for 1 person and a sofa bed for 2 people. We are dog-friendly by arrangement. Our house is located on a quiet side street at the exit of the village. Hiking trails and shopping are within 5 minutes. The bicycle storage is lockable.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
