Beach condo holiday rentals in California

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

This was our second stay at My's beach condo. It's well maintained and has easy access to the Pajaro Dunes beach.

Lorain said this place was going to be amazing and man, she did not lie. This place definitely delivered to peaceful weekend getaway I was in need of, awesome views all day right off the balcony.

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.

We stayed here in 2024 and loved it so much that we came back! The hosts, place itself and location were all awesome! Loved watching the sunset from the porch and walking into town for fish tacos or the Wednesday market. Also enjoyed running along the path by the water while my husband surfed. Thanks so much, we can't wait to return!

I was in town for a difficult situation and the accommodations/location was just what I needed for some selfcare before and after... Steffanie was very accommodating and supportive... It will certainly be a "goto" for me in return trips.... Robin

Our family of five had a lovely stay here. Location is amazing…loved walking down to the beach and a short walk from lots of restaurants but not too noisy. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Nice to have laundry down the hall too. And pool & hot tub were great. The views from the unit are stunning and loved having the ocean breeze and sounds at night. We would stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay! Glenda was kind and responsive. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect location- right on the sand and easy walk to restaurants, markets and coffee shops. We would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch enjoying the view and watching all the happenings on the beach, talking to neighbors and the staff at Slappy’s next door and our evening campfires. We will definitely be staying here again! There are 2 parking spots in the garage ideal for smaller cars or SUVs and a lot across the street that charges $20 a day where we parked our Tundra.

Breath taking views of the ocean. Amazing private beach, pools and hottub. Walkable to great restaurants. We’re definitely coming back.

Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

This is a great place to stay. Everything was as expected and better. Plenty of spacious room and everything was clean and ready to go for our stay. Maya was great and very responsive. I needed to contact her a few times and she was right there to help. We pulled up right in front in the middle of the afternoon. Night parking can be a bit more challenging so just plan for it and you’ll be fine. There are plenty of walkable things to do. I would stay again without a doubt!!

My husband, daughter (2), son (2 months), and I had a great time at Manijeh and Ken's place. Everything was comfortable, the kitchen is probably the best Airbnb kitchen we've ever experienced in an Airbnb, the hosts were nice, friendly, and accommodating. I left behind a small cooler and they kindly shipped it back to me. My daughter enjoyed their board games and books, we also enjoyed their front patio and the sound of ocean waves. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Oceanside.

Very responsive and easy to contact. Especially with the owner's onsite assistant. If you love the ocean this if for you! With the door open you can hear the soothing sound of waves throughout the unit. The view through the sliding door is nothing but ocean as far as the eye can see. Sunsets galore. With the windows closed it is peaceful and quiet. The beach was clean and family friendly. I recommend this unit. I also recommend the Brigantine restaurant just a couple blocks away.

Everything was wonderful. Beautiful condo, beautiful view, tons of amenities, location was great. Could not have been any better.

Definitely the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The house is right on the beach. The property was well taken care of. We really enjoyed the showers. They were modern with multiple jets and rain shower head. There was also this attention to detail with lightening. There were multiple mood lights around the home, which made it feel cozy at night. We enjoyed family time around the fireplace in the evenings listening to the waves. Nice private parking spot. Rent a smaller car if possible. California parking spots are commonly tight. We’ll definitely be back to this property!

My family loves the condo. Beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed, and right on the strand either great ocean views. We would definitely return!

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

Wow! The view here was spectacular… just like the pictures and more. Wonderful stay. Place was spotless and beautiful. This is a premium location directly across from a prized surf break. Would definitely recommend!
