Our family had an amazing stay at this stunning apartment! The space was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view was absolutely gorgeous and even better than the photos. Sarah was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I truly felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay her attention to detail is impeccable and the little extra touches were really thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again – highly recommended! Thank you x

Thank you Ashley for an amazing couple of days! The flat is immaculate and so we'll stocked with everything you could need. It's prime location near the harbour was great as we were booked on some boat trips. The pictures and description were exactly as it was, which can sometimes be rare. Parking was a bit of a pain, but we knew that when we booked, we found a space and it didnt have an impact on the stay, I just became fitter!! Ashley was an amazing host, great communication and really helpful! I would highly recommend this place, and we have booked again already! Thank you

Nice cosy flat in a great location, very close to the harbour. Had everything you might need. Quite a lot of clutter (including three TVs) which made it feel a little smaller than it needed to, but we had a fab stay and absolutely loved Brixham. Instructions were all very clear and check in very easy.

Pete and Sue were absolutely fantastic hosts, taking the time out to speak with my and my partner and recommending places nearby. The annex was absolutely beautiful, clean and neutrally decorated making it the perfect place to unwind and relax with the added bonus of the balcony which we thoroughly enjoyed enjoying the sun on. The scones, cream and jam was a really nice touch along with the croissants at breakfast although we totally forgot to bring them. That’s fine, just means we’ll have to visit again soon! Christopher is a wonderful host and we’ve had an amazing time staying in his beautiful apartment. There is so much to see and do, a few places to mention include the river boat to Totnes, a stroll to Dartmouth castle, visit to Dartmouth museum - brilliant - highly recommended, Rockfish fish & chips and visits to the creperie…delicious…. We hope to return in the new year for our third visit…Many thanks to you Christopher

Great place right at the heart of Paignton, walking distance from everything you may need. Spotless newly refurbished apartment, that despite relatively small footprint is very functional and has everything you may need. Views are hard to beat. Tina was wonderfully responsive and accommodating. Already booked for next year!

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We use Airbnb for our trips all the time but we have never experienced such a beautiful stay. From the scenic views to quick access to the beach, the stay at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. We really didn’t want to go home, and we will definitely come back. The Airbnb was very spacious with all the amenities you may need. The location was close to other areas and there is a coastal path on the doorstep! Definitely visit the Rio cafe that is on the beachfront and only a short walk from the Airbnb. The place was also very clean. We will be definitely coming back!

We stopped at Sea Crest over the Easter bank holiday for 4 nights with our 4 year old daughter, brilliant location. Very safe and peaceful. The apartment has everything you need, including a parking space. The views from the apartment are amazing of Brixham harbour. We had no issues whatsoever whilst we stayed there. We gained access as instructed very easily as we didn’t arrive until 11pm on the day of check in. We were very comfortable during our stay, everything was available that we needed, plenty of space,comfortable temperature, no noise from neighbours,the additional Items left for us really helped to get settled with without having to rush to the shop, so thanks a lot for leaving them for us. Some parts of the apartments furniture was starting to feel a little tired and could be upgraded, (sofa’s/wardrobes/furniture etc) but it wasn’t absolutely necessarily and everything worked and functioned, just an idea to keep it modern and useable by all customers. Would stay again 10/10!

Great position of Airbnb overlooking the water. Lots to see whilst relaxing on the balcony. Binoculars were a great extra! Apartment itself was very nice , fully fitted out kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfy lounge area. Made for a relaxing break. Exmouth was excellent . Beautiful beaches, promenade and gardens. Town centre was nice to wander around too - with lots of places to eat/drink. We really enjoyed our short break in Exmouth and will definitely be back.

This is a smart beautifully decorated flat with very tasteful furniture and fittings. Ideally placed for exploring Ashburton on foot and local beaches and Dartmoor very close. With our daughter living in Buckfastleigh we will be back to stay.

Accurate description, Centrally located. Excellent communication pre and during our stay, Nia was very helpful in providing information and recommendations whilst visiting Totnes. The studio was just as described spotlessly clean comfortable with everything needed for our short break, I would highly recommend Nia and Primrose Studio as a must if visiting Totnes, Diolch Yn Fawr Amanda and Ian

Stay Salty was excelent, central location and very close to a car park. Dog friendly and a beach just round the corner within easy walking distance. a couple of 100 yds. As bad weather was expected on one day Matt offered to supply extra dog towels if needed, totally unexpected but shows the level of service. Teignmouth was good and within easy reach of larger town if the need was there. Would recommend it to anyone who fancied the area along the glourous South Devon Coast.

Much enjoyed our stay - good location flat was perfect and communication with host was v helpful. No problems would recommend.

We had a brilliant stay, Chris was very welcoming and informative before our arrival. The walk to town has lovely views, the room had everything we needed for our stay and added to our time away.

Gregor’s place was perfect for our stay in south Devon. Comfortable and everything we needed as a family. The boys loved the swing in the garden and the snakes and ladders. It was close to some beautiful beaches and the nearby newton ferrers and Noss mayo were pretty. Recommend the green deli cafe! And the ship inn.

We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

Absolutely lovely place, had everything we needed and close to the park amenities. Caroline and Louise responded to my messages right away and were really helpful with check in/out. My son loved the balcony and the pool and we were in a perfect place for the air show! Can't wait to come back 😊.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

The cottage and location were just perfect for us with a great mixture of peaceful countryside surroundings, pool, games room and easy access to multiple beaches for seaside adventures with our primary aged kids. Judy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay. The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and clean with underfloor heating in the bathroom a bonus!

We hope to return again next year! It was perfect.

Spectacular stay at The Reach. It’s was absolutely stunning location and beautiful apartment. This is a must stay place. A place to reconnect with nature and connect with your soul.
