Eventide Cottage, Grade II Listed, Near Harbour
Eventide Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman's cottage located a stone's throw from Brixham harbour. The three storey terraced house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2019, comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with log burner, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a free standing bath, separate rain shower, double basins and WC. There is also a small utility area with WC and washing machine. Outside there is an enclosed decked yard with seating and a BBQ.

The Quarterberth has a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, radiators and underfloor heating (bathrooms and hallway). A few steps from the seawall and all the pubs, cafes and restaurants Brixham has to offer. The South West Coastal path is directly in front of the house and we welcome small dogs. Secure free parking for one car is available 500 metres away. Various boat trips and cliff walks on the doorstep.

WiFi, fridge, microwave, Nespresso and TV in the main room. Whilst there is no lounge the main bedroom has plenty of room to gather plus all rooms open on to a common area. A welcome pack of cereals, milk, sugar, coffee, tea and bottled water plus linen and towels are all supplied. Sunny decked seating area.

This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. Wren Cottage is a charming, cosy 2 bedroom cottage. Set down a private track with free parking it is far enough away to be quiet but also only a 7 minute walk (0.3miles) into town. Wren Cottage is suitable for sunny days exploring the area and with its superb log burner cosy nights in. There is a local pub only a few minutes walk which also serves food. Please note the parking space/gravel track will need to be reversed out off but there is normally parking on the hill behind the cottage.

There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.
