Beachfront holiday rental in Brixham

Jen’s place is great, we absolutely loved it and felt right at home. The space is really homely and extremely spacious - we loved playing the board games when the weather wasn’t great and using the balcony when the sun popped out. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return. Thanks so much

We had a lovely weekend. The accommodation was immaculate and the bed was sooo comfy! Ideal having a toilet separate to the bathroom too. We used the accommodation as a base to visit family who live locally and would 100% stay again.

A lovely week’s stay in this gorgeous cottage. Very remote- you need a car Recommend Pub up the road for fish and chips Southern Devon railway and ferry to Dartmouth Hiring a boat in Salcombe for of an hour Billy can for takeaway coffee North and South beaches

The host, Julie, was really helpful and responsive to our messages. Beautiful surroundings and the views from the chalet were incredible. We were visiting old friends and neighbours and it was an excellent base. The walk down into Shaldon along the golf course was convenient and stunning but be prepared for the walk back up!! The chalet had everything we needed and was really nicely decorated with comfy sofas and beds. Wish we were there longer and would love to go back.

Stay Salty was excelent, central location and very close to a car park. Dog friendly and a beach just round the corner within easy walking distance. a couple of 100 yds. As bad weather was expected on one day Matt offered to supply extra dog towels if needed, totally unexpected but shows the level of service. Teignmouth was good and within easy reach of larger town if the need was there. Would recommend it to anyone who fancied the area along the glourous South Devon Coast.

A lovely home, well equipped and close to all amenities. We had a great week there. Would thoroughly recommend though not necessarily for the less agile. Several steps in the house and steep staircase to upstairs. But has a beautiful downstairs bedroom and shower room.

The garden flat is a very pleasent place to stay. Everything in the kitchen works well, the bathroom is lovely and the bed very comfortable. The outside space is a great space to sit and watch what's happening in the estuary. Claire is a good host, friendly and amenable. The village of Shaldon is easy to walk to, with a couple of nice pubs , and friendly people. All in all, a very nice place to spend some time.

Would thoroughly recommend this property. It is well located and spacious. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach easy enough to walk into Paignton. If we come down to this area again would definitely look to see if it was available

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Fantastic, clean and well-equipped caravan in a beautiful setting on a fantastic site. Hayley couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and responsive. Ladram Bay offers so much for a young family and our children loved the site, proximity to activities and the beach. Thank you Hayley and family for sharing your holiday home. Really friendly host, she was quick to reply to any questions. Caravan was lovely, with lovely views of the sea. Bit of a busy resort, but the kids loved it. Would stay again.

This is the second year we’ve stayed here and we can’t wait to visit again. The apartment is a perfect visiting the surrounding towns and beaches. South Milton beach is literally on your doorstep with great access to the south west coastal path. The outdoor heated pool was lovely for days when the sea was just a little bit too cold and the balconies were ideal for the amazing sunsets.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We even extended our stay by 2 nights as we didnt want to leave. The apartment was really lovely, had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen. My boys loved the tennis court and swimming pool. The views from the apartment were stunning overlooking the sea. we started each day with a morning (very cold) swim in the sea followed by a lovely coffee/hot chocolate from the cafe on the beach. I would highly recommend Des's apartment. We will definitely be returning

Very comfortable place with spectacular view over the ocean (the sunset!). Unfortunately we had to shorten our stay and wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of the area. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to make the evening meals at the house which was convenient as we were travelling with a baby.

We have just returned from our stay and it was the perfect choice for a family. Lots to do at the park when some down time was needed and great coastal location. The accommodation was great - outdoor space, lovely lounge area and little touches like high chair and bed rail for our toddler included. Anja has thought of everything you could need and was very quick to help when we needed support on arrival (my issue not a lack of communication from the host). All in all a great choice for our half term getaway and we will certainly book again.

Our family had an amazing stay at this stunning apartment! The space was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view was absolutely gorgeous and even better than the photos. Sarah was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I truly felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay her attention to detail is impeccable and the little extra touches were really thoughtful. A lovely house to accommodate our family while visiting relatives in Paignton , the house was immaculately clean ( I’ve never seen such a beautiful spotless bathroom) , full of all the amenities you’d ever need and positioned between two beaches and plenty of walks . The attention to detail with all the extras was much appreciated , there’s plenty of lovely towels , hairdryers , spare toiletries , condiments in the kitchen , high chair and even a bucket and spade . Lauren went over and above getting us a fan for the babies room and dropping it off within half an hour of us messaging. We really can’t fault the place and wouldn’t hesitate to return . Thank you Lauren and Jordan for a lovely place to stay .

Very compact space, clean and modern with everything you need for your stay. Wonderful to wake up to sea views while lying in bed! Great coastal walks in either direction for miles with stunning scenery. So much to see and do in the area. Great to have a parking space outside the accommodation. Tina was informative about checking in and offered help during the stay.

We’re a young family of 6 and stayed for 4 nights during the Summer half-term holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It is very well located next to South Sands beach and adjacent to the Harbour Beach hotel. It was great to be able to make use of the pool & spa in the hotel. We all had a great time, and this apartment will definitely be on our shortlist for our next trip to Salcombe!

Absolutely blown away to be honest. The owl houses are stunning. From the overall feel to the small details they have nailed it. I'll definitely be coming back for sure and will hold the trips memories with me for many years to come. Thank you Lou and Tim for sharing this amazing space and good luck for the next venture!

Just back from a fantastic three nights at Paul’s place. The location of the house is fabulous, just 1-2 minutes walk from the beach. It felt very homely and comfortably sleeps 8 Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and beach was sublime. Drinks up in the bar on the top decking at the back of the house in the evening with stunning views was real bonus. There are plenty of games to keep you occupied and we didn’t turn the TV on, not once. A nice spacious kitchen and a dinning room table that sits 8. We walked over to Burgh Island for a lovely meal at The Pilchard. Had a dip in the sea. Played golf at the very friendly and welcoming Bigbury and Thurlestone golf clubs and rounded it all off with a final meal at The Oyster Shack, only 10 minutes drive away. This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We use Airbnb for our trips all the time but we have never experienced such a beautiful stay. From the scenic views to quick access to the beach, the stay at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. We really didn’t want to go home, and we will definitely come back. The Airbnb was very spacious with all the amenities you may need. The location was close to other areas and there is a coastal path on the doorstep! Definitely visit the Rio cafe that is on the beachfront and only a short walk from the Airbnb. The place was also very clean. We will be definitely coming back!

A beautiful place to stay. The interiors were elegantly styled and absolutely pristine. The super comfy bed and delicious scones were a lovely extra! Would love to return one day.
