MoorIZ with Moor Railway is within walking distance. Bike tours to the North Sea and Elbe beaches (e-bike). Outdoor sauna for common use with 2nd residential unit as well as charging station for electric cars available.

Kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave and various cooking utensils.
