Neben dem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz und Schlaf-Sofa, verfügt die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung über ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, eine moderne und voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein saniertes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Aktuell ist der Balkon gesperrt und ist aufgrund dessen auch nicht inseriert. Bremerhavens Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Auswanderer-Haus, die Aussichtsplattform „Sail-City“, das Schifffahrtsmuseum und auch die Fußgängerzone sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum Weltnaturerbe Wattenmeer. Zu Fuß ist dieses in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. 8,5 km entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt Bremerhavens, welche auch mit einer direkten Busverbindung zu erreichen ist. Dort finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. die Sail oder das Streetfoodfestival, statt. Genießen Sie die Weite der Küste bei langen Spaziergängen oder fahren Sie in den Fischereihafen und genießen Sie regionale Speisen.

Quick access to the city center, main train station and shopping facilities offer you an excellent location in Bremerhaven. Tourist attractions such as the Climate House, Emigration Center & Fishing Harbor can be quickly reached on foot or by bus in bad weather. Weser view with high comfort

Located directly on the Weser and thus an unrestricted view of the water and the busy shipping traffic. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathtub and one with two single beds. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The cozy underfloor heating or the cooling air conditioning are just two of the many amenities. The large living and dining area is flooded with light and has two outdoor areas. The view of the Weser is simply unique.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with terrace invites you to play and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has its own realm for the little pirates, which can be reached via the *pirate ladder*. Up there are a lot of games and toys in case the weather doesn't invite you to romp outside.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Auch der Weserstrand ist nicht weit entfernt ,ideal zum Spazierengehen oder Entspannen. Ob Kultur, Meer, Shopping oder einfach Ruhe ,in unserer Umgebung findet jeder etwas Passendes.
